Thanks for your email Trisha. Kathy and I are communicating and trying to work things out, so I am hoping for some good news to share soon. |
My heart goes out to you, I feel so sad for you. Some people are so cruel, how could she do that, I don't know. Please take good care, and don't give up, there is a little Yorkie baby that needs a great Mom out there. Our thoughts are with you. |
First, I am so sorry for your heartache and troubles with this. We know what you are going through, as we had a very similar situation with the first "breeder" we used. She took total advantage of us and our lack of education in Yorkie breeders. I know you will get a great Yorkie baby, It will happen for you. I can tell your heart is all the way in on this, and that you are a great fur baby mama :-) |
I'm so sorry about what has happened to you I'm currently getting a pup from an amazing breeder! Who has nothing but amazing reviews ! She has one boy and one girl left in her liter of you would like her info please feel free to let me know ' |
Any update Sharon? |
Thank you all, very much, I appreciate your caring. I have found a little girl, and paid for her, but am so afraid to say anything, in case this deal falls through also. After losing Chanel, and then Cosmo, and then Lacy and Levi, it is hard for me to get excited. Am so afraid of another heartbreak. Will let you all know the minute I get my baby home! I t will be one of the happiest days of my life!!! |

That dream made me bawl. You need a puppy. I know how that feels. You'll find one ... |
Hoping to see an update soon of you and your new little girl! Thinking about you and hope all is going well! |
I FINALLY got my puppy!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!! I am a mommy again! After the brother and sister deal fell through, I contacted my wonderful breeder back in Canada and told her what happened, and she felt terrible about what transpired. She told me that she had first dibs on a pup that she was going to purchase from Kathy and that I could buy her pup if I wanted to! I could not believe it. She said she knew how much I needed a pup in my life. That was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. Finally something was going to work out for me. I paid for the pup and made arrangements to book another flight to Seattle to pick up my “second” Lacy. Met Kathy and she apologized several times over what happened, and said she wished she had handled things differently. She finally told me what happened to my sister and brother. She gave all her pups chicken feet, and I guess the girl did not chew them and just swallowed them and they punctured her intestines and she ended up dying. My little boy was very sick also. The vet put all of the pups on antibiotics. She brought the little boy, who was supposed to be mine, to the airport. He still looked sick and was very lethargic. I asked her why she would bring him to the airport, and she said she wanted me to see him. I don't understand why she wanted me to see him, maybe she thought I would still want to buy him? It was very difficult for me to see this little boy who I had fallen in love with through pictures and had thought he was going to be mine. And it was very difficult to walk away and leave him, I felt like I was letting him down by not buying him after all. Very sad. My little Lacy is a wonderful, sweet pup who is going to have a fabulous life with me. She was worth the three months it took me to get her. I will post a separate message about her. Thank you all for your caring and helping me get through these past few weeks. |
Congrats Sharon! You certainly had an ordeal getting your puppy but glad it worked out for the good. |
As Tricia208 says, Kathy should be aware of my message so she can post a reply. I know my message here was passed on to Kathy and she HAS read it, so she can post a reply if she wishes. |

I am glad you got a puppy! I can not imagine giving a small puppy chicken feet. I would not give them to my adult Yorkies. To give something to a small puppy that is for sale seems too risky to me. If I was raising puppies to sell I would only give them puppy food. It is so sad that she risked the puppies life with a questionable food. It is like rawhide, I would never give it to any of my dogs. Along with chicken bones. I realize that sometimes puppies don't make it, but I would do everything I could to ensure puppies get their best chance at survival rather than giving them a risky food item. So sad what happened to the other puppies. Glad you did end up with one and I am sure she will bring you years of happiness. |
I am so sorry that you have been through this whole ordeal. I am glad you finally got your puppy, and hope that your breeder has learned from her mistakes... |
