YT 1000 Club Member | I'm not sure how I feel about this to be honest. Granted no dog should be left in a hot car unattended, but many people have remote start cars where we can leave our cars blowing a/c. There are many people who react first without actually checking to see if the aforementioned pet is actually in distressing environment. |

YT 1000 Club Member | That's true. I know I've been gulity of leaving mine in the car with the a/c on when picking my son up from school. After my neighbors shih tzu was stolen in her front yard my pups are within eyesight. I just leave them home if I can't watch them at all times now. |

| I saw the cutest little Miniature Schnauzer in a van when in Selmer, TN for a play. It was later at night, and the windows were down enough to let in air, so it wasn't too hot, but I really wanted to get the poor baby out of the car. I'm glad it's legal for me to do so now, though, it'd be better if I didn't have to.

| I still don't understand why anyone would take a chance on having their Yorkie stolen (or any little dog) even if it's not too hot or too cold in the car ! Some people STEAL.....and that's reality. JUST SAYING !!!! PS.....Even a big dog can be stolen. Last edited by Belladea; 07-09-2015 at 02:14 AM. |
