I really like that! It is gorgeous. Too bad Duncan is too big to carry in a purse and Elliot would never sit nicely. She is a wiggleworm. I tried carrying her in purse that I had before I put out the money to buy a real carrier and she just wouldn't sit still. She was up and over and under and everything. Is there a trick to get them to sit still in the purse?

Galen used to be a wiggle worm in the carriers. . My first was the Soho and I thought . . I wasted all that money. . . But now he is great in the carriers. I just kept at it.

I usually start by just leaving the carrier out in the middle of the room. Your pup will sniff it then pretty much ignore it. A few days after, I put a new toy/treat in the bag; a day or two after that I put my pup in the carrier and walk around inside/outside my house with it for about 15 mins. I do that for about a week, then start making short trips with them in the carrier. Rasta was a breeze using the carrier, Veau is fine as long as I'm moving or she can stick her head out lol.

Hello, my name is Dawn I am a Dog Stuff A-holic !!

It started 12 yrs ago when I got my first Yorkie Quincy who will be 13 on June 6th. It got worse when I brought Miah home two years later and than again things got out of control when Brandi came into my life. I thought that I was getting better but my Yorkie fetish got our of control when I got a fourth Yorkie that we named Ruby Bella. My buying is so our of control at this point. I confess that I fear that I only join in the YT GE to feed my need for more stuff !! :D

I am glad that I am not the only one . . that there are more like me out there and that we now have a place to confess our inner most shopping addictions with.

I am so in!!! I have 3 strollers, snoozers, too many bags, bows, dresses, harnesses, toys to count..... I seriously need help...LOL and the three of them combined weigh around 13lbs!

Now has anyone seen the *sling* or hammock type beds, they are raised a bit off the floor? They really caught my eye at the last Pet Expo here.


And there is a new suit - that repels burrs ticks etc - also a new after bathing swimming coat... Sigh... and Wail hubby would not let me buy anything! He of course was with me!

*Cough* I might have misunderstand the purpose of the club. I actually thought it was to errrr hummm er share our addictions - and send some juicy ideas along the way to fellow addicts.

Thank you very much for the information. I will definitely try this and see how it works. I don't like letting Elliot walk when we go out because she is so small and I am afraid someone will step on her.

I have three buddy belts, but they are waaaaay too big for a baby. They fit frenchies. So a yorkie size is in my future. Let's see, navy, chestnut, natural, dark green, oh oh maybe dark purple.......

I love going to the shops to buy all sorts of things for Pebbles, from clothes (which she rarely wears unless it's freezing cold outside) to hairbows, harnesses, shampoo etc. Oh toys too, especially toys. I can't come home from a shopping trip without a new toy for Pebbles. My sister says Pebbles has more toys now than all 3 of her children have.

Pebbles gets SO excited though when I come home and tell her I have a present for her, it's so much fun to shop for her! I'm always online looking out for new products or healthy foods I can buy for her. Anytime the postman arrives she's in heaven because she knows at this stage that all parcels are something new for her, her latest 'present' is a Solvit Pet Safety car seat which she loves. All this shopping for my furkid has got to stop!! :D

So another person here Teri who would like (needs!) to be a member of Doggie Stuff Anonymous!

I am in regardless how much stuff Lola has I want more, I have dog beds in every room, some rooms have more than one but I keep buying more and clothes even though she has more than she can ever wear I keep making more so I also now can not stop buying fabric.
