| Something to chew Do you give your puppy something to chew? I have always used rawhide in the past before I knew it wasn't good for dogs. So what do you let your puppy chew on and what age? |

| Kong chew toys. If your dog doesn't take a liking to it you can always put some peanut butter on it. Also they seem to like the ropes which we play tug with as it cleans their teeth at the same time. All the chews that are edible has risks of choking, breaking teeth, or blocking the intestine. With that said, I give my dogs Greenies but I'm there to supervise that they chew it thoroughly. |

| What I give my boy are two chews I get from chewy.com. They are both called Nylabone. One is a dental chew bone that has rounded bristles and nubs great for cleaning his teeth and for chewing,it is a blue color. The other one is a nylabone chicken flavor for moderate chewers. They have different nylabone chews and it depends on the kind of chewer your little one is. Aggressive, moderate and different flavors and styles. They are not hard but are soft and bendable better for your little ones teeth. They have different ones you can choose from. He likes his. |

Nevermind, it had a recall for salmonella. A lot of reviews said the bones break in to small brittle pieces that caused their dogs to choke though. http://www.foodsafetynews.com/2015/0.../#.VWumxc9Viko Last edited by tphan74; 05-31-2015 at 04:27 PM. | |

| Max and Sasha love the little kong. I put a little bit of peanut butter in it and they go crazy as soon as they smell it.
