| Biewer puppy and confused I am looking at getting a 4month old Biewer puppy and the breeder has a male and female. We are looking at getting the female but as you can see from the pics, they look so different. They are supposedly from the same litter, but only dad is the true Biewer. I am just curious why the female's coat is so much more wiry? What do you think? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Hi and welcome to YT . I'm a little confused...you say you're getting a Biewer, but that only the Dad is the Biewer? If that's the case, you're not actually getting a Biewer. Are they breeding Biewer to yorkie? As far as the coat, if I were you I'd want to see the parents' coats.

| If both parents were not Biewers then your not getting Biewer and they are not a reputable breeder.

As you can see I have a Biewer. Only a Biewer bred with another Biewer is a true Biewer. Where are you getting the pup from ? From what I see they are not pure bred Biewers. If you are interested in reputable Biewer Breeders please pm me. . . I can send you a list. And if you have any questions about Biewers please feel free to ask me. I love the breed. They are so sweet.

| Biewers? They are very cute, but not pure Biewers. What breed was the mom? What do mom and dad look like? If you really want a Biewer dog with known history and lineage I would find another breeder. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Sorry. I don't think they are Biewers. As you can see I breed Biewer to Biewer for the last 10 years. |

| Thank you everyone. We did see both parents and they are Biewers or were told they were. But when we met this little girl, we just fell in love and knew she was coming home with us. She is a little doll and quite the spitfire and we are smitten! Her name is Lola May |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I would ask to see papers before getting a Biewer pup. Who is the breeder ?

| Op be sure to ask if they are akc registered. I didn't bother sending sparkles papers in but it's a good piece of mind knowing that you got exactly what you want |

Her name is Lola May I am confused, you come here and ask a question and say the dad is the only true Biewer, you have several people post responses that are experts in the Biewer breed, then you make this second post saying both parents are Biewers with no explanation at all to your conflicting statements. I know I am not the only confused person reading the post, maybe it's just me but I can't help but wonder why you asked the question in the first place. Congrats on the puppy, may she live a long and healthy life
