This is funny...

Last week i recieved the same kind of email with the same sad story about not being able to take care of the puppy and i would have to send money via western union...

I wish I had saved the email...

I hit that delete button so fast... it was not even funny... :mad:

This was posted here a loong while ago, its a website on someone that scams the scammers. He usually post ads for sale, animals etc and goes along with the scammers. The ones that say they'll send you a $3000 fake check or mo even if your asking price is $1500 and then expect you to wire them the difference. I love reading these stories, especially after they are given fake info to pick up the wire money and its not there. :)

Puppies and Computer business scams together!
 

My husband and I have been reading these and laughing! At the beginning of the month he was on yahoo and a woman pmed him, and started on about a computer business. To make a long story short, we got a 4500.00 check in the mail and took it to the bank and alerted them and the police. And she is still pming us to send her all of the money except 900.00 for his "commision" and saying the check is real, and the sad part about this is that before we turned it in we researched on our own and the company is real, the bank is real, the account number at the bottom of the check is real, (we called the bank itself and asked them to verify the account), EVERYTHING! But surprise, surprise we were to send the money to Lagos State, Nigeria, to her computer supplier. We are still daily talking to the police about it. The fbi contacted us also and said that this is how they are doing it everything is real but as soon we got the 4500.00 (which we would have got it because the check would've cleared) that my hubby would have gone to PRISON!!!! So they are doing this because that is how they are getting money for the terrorist activity. SO WATCH OUT FROM EVERYWHERE NOT JUST FOR PUPPIES! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

this is sooo funny. the "calling her with your friend's call card for the secret word" thing is a good one!

ooo, maybe next time you can ask for a scanned copy of the health certificate so that you can prove to airport officials that those pups are coming to you. oh and the shipping order that she's completed, ensuring the puppies are ready to go.

this almost makes me wanna go onto puppyfind and find a scammer to mess with ... hahaha...i saw a few "just pay for shipping now and you can pay for the balance for the cost of the puppy when he arrives" scams.

I cant find you're place on a map of Florida its kinda an old one I have. but if you're near Orlando I acn fly from Allentown for 88.00 they said. The closest Airport is in Kutztown but it is just little planes there the Allentown one is cheeper. They said it is busy cause of the long weekend with martin king day but I might be able to come soon if the find a seat. If you think it will be bettr to send them it will be good fro me to. When you jus send them do they get a seat? I woodn't want them to be in with the lugage. Will someone feed them and give them drinks? I know I got drinks when I was on a plane last. I just am worryed about them since i love them already.
