Right now, it's 0 degrees with wind chill of -9 here in Upstate NY. Bentley and my boxer, Baxter go out in their coats, do their business and we come right back inside. The sun is shining bright and it seems to make a bit of a difference compared to yesterday. |

One of my favorite things to do is hug/snuggle Zoey when I just came in from the cold. She's usually on the heating vent so when I get a hold of her, she's extra warm. LOL |
Yup it is COLD outside. It was 3 degrees when I got up this morning. The Diva SSSuperdogs don't put their itty bitty paws out in the bitter cold. They have ex pen in the garage with potty pads. So "going out" consists of their pen in the garage!!! ( actually they only are out there to do their business and are ready to come back in)..... Those lil noses get cold enough in the garage!!! :cold smil:cold smil:cold smil |
Lexi HATES the cold, but she has been going out to potty in it even with -30 wind chills. She is super fast and comes in shivering, but it gets done. My Shih Tzu acts like it isn't even cold, he takes his sweet time out there! |
0 wind chill, 15 air temp. Thank goodness for pee-pads. |
LOL, it was 52 in the CO mountains this morning! :p Of course that won't last, but Lexie will go out in any temp. Go figure :D |
Been -20 to -25 degrees wind chill here and Amy runs out and squats and runs back in and I had better be out of her way. I thinks she holds it as long as she can and then wants to go out and can't say that I blame her one it. |
Wow, looks like everyone had cold temps yesterday. It is actually 20 degrees this morning in Kentucky. Feels like a heat wave. Heard it is going to be back down to zero tomorrow (Saturday). I bet some western states are already getting the artic freeze. |
It got up to 37 today and we actually took a walk around the school track (designated on weekends as a doggy walk). Daisy was so excited and full of energy that she RAN around the whole track. Just as we finished our walk and got in the car it started raining. We sure did need that walk and timed it perfectly. I don't know when we will be able to walk again. |
5:30AM temp was 7 degrees, heat wave this afternoon 19. Cody goes out and flies back in, to cold for sniffing out the bunny that's been in backyard. |
Sorry to hear how cold you all are. I feel a little guilty here, and wish I could send some warm your way. |
