| Trip to the emergency room! :O( So last night, I was sleeping, when I heard a THUD. Lily had fallen off the bed!! I was so nervous I yelled out, and my boyfriend came running into the room. In the commotion, he nudged her with his foot, and her little legs went out from under her. She wasnt able to lift her own little legs up..... We both freaked out and RAN her to the emergency vet clinic....where the vet declared she was OK and didnt even take an X-Ray....He said he poked and prodded her, and she wasnt't yelling.........but I am still nervous. what if she has a torn tissue or something?? I am a terrible mother!!

| Your definitely not a terrible mommy. I have kick my dogs out of bed many times. None of the ever got seriously hurt. I have carpet on my floor so there is some cushion. But if you are worry, watch her carefully. Make sure she is not limping or walking funny. Also feel around her whole body, make sure she is not hurting somewhere. If she tore tissue or broke a bone, she will be limping or crying if you touch the area. Glad your puppy is alright. |

| You are NOT a terrible mommy! They are sooooo little.....When Higgins was a tiny baby at 7 weeks and we only had him for 3 days, I SAT ON HIM! And I weigh 245 lbs!!!!! And I didn't even know I was sitting on him until I felt this little wiggle under my big behind......I CRIED SO HARD!!! And I stayed awake all night watching him. He was okay. Of course he's a little crazy now..........LOL........ |
