| playmates I may be getting a dog that is 12 pounds (not a yorkie). My Yorkie mix Lexi is 4.5-5 pounds at 8 months old. Do you think with this size difference they will be able to play well together? I've never had 2 dogs before so 2 dogs playing together is new for me. Thanks everyone! |

| Pippin is 7.5lbs and her shih tzu poodle mix friend down the street is about 15-20 lbs. They play so nice together. They let each other know when the other gets too rough....yes my Pip can hold her own. (They met in puppy kindergarten and we found out we were neighbors.) The other week, they played for over three hours together.

| That is great to hear. The pup is a shih tzu mix and will be between 10-12 pounds. I just worry because at lexi's puppy obedience class she would run with some off the other dogs but mainly stood next to be during play time. She loves to meet other dogs, but i think she knew she was too small to play with them. The smallest dog in the class (besides her) was between 15-20 pounds but the others were way bigger. |

| Zoey's 5-5.5 lbs and Magnus is 15.5-16 lbs. Only time he's "rough" with her is to put her in her place once in a blue moon. But other times, they're absolutely fine. |

| My Blazer is under 8lbs and my Buddy (GSP) is around 60lbs. They're the best of friends and play constantly! |

Buddy has always been super gentle with and protective of Blazer. I absolutely love watching them play together. | |
