so happy that wallee will have 10 fun filled days with his lil gal pal Anyah. I LOVE to watch babies playing, they are sooo funny, even the humping, they are so tiny makes it funny. Good luck to you and DH... Hope their sleeping works out for you. |
I'll laugh if you say that you and Wallee loved having Anyah there so much that you won't give her back. LOL |
Well. She's here. So far so good playing and panting. A couple little problems but nothing major. Both are spoiled only dogs so there is a liitle scuffling over who gets my knee. Also, mister Wallee who i normally cant even "bribe" to chew anything but his antler sometimes, decides that since Anyah is chewing the flavoured nyla bone that comes in the 3 pack, that he needs to chew it. There was a little grumbling that I didnt like the sound of so thats been removed. 2 of my unsure cats have hidden under my bed....I am either going to have to chase them out at bed time or sleep in hubbys bed since he is away. |
Day 1 looking for some tips Sleeping went well last night. Wallee was content to sleep in his own bed....whew...big relief. Once last night in play he must have stepped on her and she yiped. He didn't even realize the sound came from her as he looked at the tv. This morning during their playtime, she goes on the couch like always and since he won't jump on the couch, he stands up. She nips at his face and he is nipping back. Then, she yipes again. I am not sure if he was correcting her for biting his face or not but, my heart jumped when she yipped. I told him BE NICE. She sulked a bit after he nipped and they are now both sleeping. Did I do the right thing scolding him for being too rough? I know he will get it eventually but just want to make sure he doesn't hurt her. He is generally a submissive gentle dog so am sure he didn't mean to bite that hard. Ideas from anyone with two dogs such different sizes? |
