| White chest When I got jewel she was the normal black and tan color she is soon to be 12 weeks and her chest and under her chin look like they are turning white any thoughts on this? |

| At 12 weeks, it's still way too early to tell what color she'll be fully grown. Also, I'm not sure about others but with my two, I notice their colors still changing slightly throughout the year. For example, Magnus's back was all dark silverish but now I see little bit of dark brown tint. I think it changes back to dark silver when getting closer to winter. |

| Oh I know it is to soon to know what color she will be but it kinda surprised me her chest turning white and under chin turning white |

| Are you sure that the hairs aren't light silver? At around 12 weeks, the black hair can start to get silver roots, especially on the head. Eventually, all of the hair lightens up. |

| Well it looks white kinda blends into the white mark she has on her chest but it maybe a very light silver I guess |

| My Lola has a big white patch in the same spot and has always had it. She just turned 10 months on the 19th. |

| My Lilah has a white patch on her chin, and had a white patch on her chest but its more of a very pale tan now at 8 months |

| Teddy had a lot of white hair when he was a pup. His chest and his head were almost snow white. He is gold in all of those areas now.

| Gizmo had white on his chest and chin. Now his chest is changing to tan and under his chin it is still pretty white. He is almost 7 months. |

YT 500 Club Member | There's a topic on here call most frequently asked questions, and it talks about the white spot on the chest..it had soooo much info that I can't remember what they said about it. So being that they mentioned it, it must be common |
