Tori's hair is growing 2 Attachment(s) I am so excited, Tori's hair is finally growing. I don't know if you remember me posting about her odd coat. Anyway here is the link to the thread. First pic taken about 3 weeks ago. Last was taken tonight. Can you see the diff |
That is wonderful! My puppy romeo has had short hair and his started growing some since we have started him on the Solid Gold Seameal. He still looks a lot like a red leg but I guess we will see, lol...I'm glad your baby's hair has started growing! She is beautiful! Keep me posted on how she does! Since she loooks a lot like Romeo except by color I am curious. :c) |
That is a big change in just 3 weeks! What are you feeding her? |
LOOK at those beautiful girls !! I've missed you Tricia - where have you been girl ? They look adorable and I'm so happy her hair is finally coming in - she must just be a late bloomer ? :) They look very Cute ! |
They are so pretty! I love their color! They look so soft and silky! I bet if she gets a full coat you will NEVER complain about snarls and grooming! :D |
Tricia, what have you done differently to help her hair grow? Isabella's hair isn't growing very fast either. |
I find that my Lilly whose hair is in transition from a wiry coat to hopefully a silky coat is slow growing..Actually her wiry hair was getting longer and then all of a sudden her hair was getting short again!! I realized its because she is losing her wiry coat... Yeah!!! |
They are so pretty. It is amazing at how they just seem to grow hair overnight. |

I switched their food to Life's Abundance , and they both get an oil supplement on their food. I have been using groommax oatmeal shampoo. Lexi's hair has grown a bit to, I cut some of Lexi's hair 4 weeks ago and can't tell it now. A groomer I talked to said if you get a puppy cut that it seems their hair grows back really fast. I'm to chicken to try that though.. |
Awww...they are both sooo beautiful! And Yay for her hair growing!!! :luvu: |
I can tell a difference. They are both beautiful! :p |
wow in just 3 weeks? It took forever for Gus's coat to grow after his accident. It's been 8 months and still is not as long as it was before the accident. They are both beatutiful furbabies. |

It is true, Princess get's the puppy cut every summer. Her hair always grows back fast. Great pictures!!!!! They are so cute!!! :D :D :D |
2 Attachment(s) How old do they usually be before they have a long coat, Nelly is a yorkipoo but as you can see there is not much poo in her, but this is my first one so I don't know anything about their coat except Nelly's always looks oily. I don't know if this is the look she is suppose to have or not and her fur is getting longer I just don't know if it will grow like the typical yorkie's. By the way, how do you guys keep buckles in their hair? Nelly is 5 months old and hates them, I put it in and 2 seconds later she looks like a punk rocker because she has rubbed her head in a blanket or something. I don't put it tight or anything because it is just one of those baby clips, rubber bands are just to hard to get in because she will not stay still. |
Tricia, thanks for the info. I just ordered a bag for the gang LOL!!! Hopefully Isabella's hair will be just as beautiful as your girls. I PM'd you. Again thanks!!! |
She looks beautiful. And her hair is so shiny! |
Tricia, she's growing so fast!!! I've been using the stuff you suggested for Lexi's itchy coat, and Dublin is doing better. Now to get it to grow!!! Lexi doing okay, now??? She sure looks pleased with her lil' sister! |
VERY nice! It IS growing out! |
