An accessory that I do NOT recommend for your Yorkie. |
I think my dog would love being carried like this dog. |
I am usually never speechless but they're are no words I can think of to describe that besides unnecessary and uncomfortable...are people with this not worried about chafing? |
Hannah would hate it but my Chihuahua would love it! |
I saw those when I got my first Yorkie & was searching for a carrier. They seem so ridiculous to me. Poor puppy!! Not to mention the fact that they're not very attractive. |
That just looks awkward & uncomfortable. That poor dog looks like "get me the eff outta here!" :D |
My dog's won't have to worry about bouncing off my butt when I'm walking. I wouldn't buy one but the way my Chihuahua likes to be carried and rocked I could totally see her falling asleep in one of those. |
OMG! That poor puppy! :( |
I was going to ask if anyone had tried one of those!! I don't think either of my dogs would like that, but I've seen those kinds of purses/carriers in all different fabrics. I can't remember who it was, but one of the celebrities was carrying around their dog in one. What about these backpacks where the dogs legs go through them... 3 Colors Oxford Cloth Sling Pet Dog Cat Carrier Tote Single Shoulder Bag s M L | eBay |
That looks so uncomfortable, especially under the tail. Quote:

Hmmmm, that is a silly way to carry someone you love! I prefer to hold mine in my arms! |
The 1st one with the dog on her butt is terrible! I saw that before too and was worried it would hurt the dog's legs, also I think a dog would feel insecure. The sling I was wondering about as well. Bailey loves having a carrier to be carried in. |
OMG!!! I bought one of these YEARS ago! I thought, well, I don't know what I was thinking! It was sooo cute with all the dingle dangles etc, then Ginger just looked at me after I put it on her as if I'd lost my 'mini mind'!! I walked from one room to the other, looked in the mirror then my frigntened little dog and put it away. Wonder where that is? Like some said, a dog might like it, another one not. My dogs have always like the safety of something underfoot. I had thought it would work for carrying them, then being able to put them on the ground as well. I should start an ebay site for all the 'stuff' I have purchased that were used only once or not at all!!! |

I can't understand why someone would want to carry their pup just dangling like that! Get a proper bag with a sturdy bottom so your pup feels secure. |
