Okay we all know yorkies are total lickers. I love to get kisses from my dogs but the mother of my daughters good friend freaks out if Cece or Chili go in for the kiss. She thinks it's gross. I totally respect that but was wondering if you all think it's icky as well.

LoL, I give & get kisses from my babies but not in/on the mouth. Anywhere else is ok just not the mouth.

Rufus doesn't give them very often (I think he is on the phase of not kissing your mom in front of friends :D )
Nena gives them all the time, when I say 'Nena kiss' she licks my face :)

I have always let my dogs give me sugar, whenever, whereever they want! Family members think I am crazy and I heard for my entire life, that I would catch some horrific disease...guess my immunity has warded off all the dreaded diseases!!!! Now I will come down with something just because I have put that in print!

Heck yeah! I love those sweet kisses. One of the things I taught Jasper was "give me a kiss". My mom would freak out if he went in for a kiss anywhere on her body.:eek: She thinks it's gross to have a dog lick you. She doesn't see it as a baby giving kisses. Obviously she is not a dog person. :rolleyes:

I love doggie kisses but my little rescue girl is totally terrified when people get in her face. She is getting better about letting me kiss her on the face but as of yet she has not kissed back. :(

I've had dogs in my life for the last 47 years. I haven't caught anything from their kisses yet. :)

Teena will give me kisses if I ask for them but isn't too thrilled about it. But Dolly is a different story-she loves to kiss & will give me a kiss whenever I ask. It's actually really come in handy because the only time she won't kiss me is if she's really sick or stressed. When she got home from her teeth cleaning & little bump removal recently she was pretty out of it but she still gave me the kiss I asked for-made me think she'd be fine. Bad lightening & thunder-sometimes no kiss!
This may sound gross to some of you but she loves to lick faces, which I don't let her do, except once every night she gets her time to lick my face as much as she wants-that's her special time.

I do with both Julie and Sabu. However, there is one time I won't....Julie's breath smells like she had an appetizer of ah la poop :eek: :eek::eek:
I've not once found that smell from Sabu :D

I don't like being licked loll. Momo licks all the time, so I'm constantly pushing him away or telling him no or stop it. They do all kiss (lick) on command. Mimi & Turbo only licks once or twice if they're being generous & Princess & Momo gives lots of kisses!

I used to think dog kissies were the grossest thing ever till I got yorkies. The boys are crazy little lickers and kissers...Chuck says Pickles' name should really be "Lickles." And I let them kiss my face, they really don't give much of a choice. My family says I've gone weird. I tell them I don't see the problem, the boys know frenching isn't allowed... :D

Lickles, lol! Love it.

Max is a major kisser and kisses on command. My father taught him kissy games when Max was a pup, so dad can't complain that Max really likes kissing him.

Teddy has grown into a kisser. He gives all of us licks on the face, hands, and legs.

Oh yes, I get kisses. Ricky is not a licky dog so he will give you 1 or 2 little kisses. Prince, on the other hand will give your whole face a bath if you let him. He loves licking my S.0's beard in the morning...i think it's because my SO drools when he sleeps and Prince likes washing his face!! LOL

I don't mind the sweet little kisses that Ricky gives but I am not so keen on the excessive licking that Prince does. He was obsessively licking his own foot one time and I tried to pull him away bc I was afraid he would lick it raw and/or get a hot spot from it.... and he all territorial on me and growled like I was taking his bone away from him.

I ADORE puppy kisses!!!! They're welcome anytime. Too bad Lexie is not a kisser. :( Every looooong once in awhile she'll lick my hand if she's feeling lovey, but it's not often.

Draco can lick my face just not my mouth, but he doesn't even try.
I even got my mom, sis, and stepdad letting Draco give them goodbye kisses usually on the cheek. :D
Odlly enough I don't really like Draco licking my hands, or sometimes my legs if he's on my lap, or feet! Like constants licking , I'll push him away, but a few kisses he can get away with, except on my feet.

We sometimes call Bella the Queen of Licky Lick. I like it when she licks my head--it feels like a nice scalp massage. Walter doesn't like it so much...

With THREE very active lickers, and one in training (monkey see monkey do) it takes a little over fifteen minutes to go through everyone. However, I do either wear a pair of Graney Glasses or cover my eyes. Personal medical reason for not allowing them there.

I loved getting kisses from Minnie on the face (even mouth), and I still love them from Cookie too. Only thing is Cookie will try to french kiss me if I don't make a conscious effort to keep my mouth sealed tight (especially if I have just eaten something). I missed my yorkie kisses for so long once Minnie died, so I'll never turn them down when offered lol.

The only ones I can't do are when Cookie tries to lick my feet or my ears; I'm way too ticklish to take that.

I'm happy for doggie kisses, but the tongue that has touched thy butt shall not touch my face if I can possibly avoid it.

Weird wee things, I am cheap, I will let almost any dog (cat or camel) lick my face and there are only a few who seem to love the intrusive nostril examination, I just so happen to have one of em. Eeewwwwheeeeu
