Important Safari Update
 
Safari and Leni need lots of Prayers and good thoughts...and the almighty YT mojo, she is having her dental surgery on Monday. Leni is a bundle of nerves, Safari could die from this, I'm not being dramatic...I'm being realistic...this is what happens when people purposely breed these pups for the perverbial "Teacup".....

Praying that all goes well and Safari gets relief from the pain and infection caused by her teeth. Praying that others will learn and grow as they read about her journey.

I have fallen in love with Safari,which has only made my extreme dislike of those who breed for and intentionally seek out "teacups" grow. This sweet innocent little creature wants nothing more than to give and receive love. :( This dental is such a high-risk procedure, but it's the only option there is. Safari deserves a higher quality of life. It's not fair to wait for her die as the infection from her mouth slowly spreads throughout her body. It's not fair she's so small that a blood draw is enough to send her into hypoglycemic shock. It's not fair her legs are so deformed she can't walk on anything but carpet. IT'S JUST NOT FAIR. :mad: I'd say I'm done ranting, but I don't think I'll ever be done.

Sending good thoughts for Safari, may she have a healthy and normal life. I hope the awful person who did this to her feels the pain they put this poor pup through in tenfold!

Thank you for your prayers and I believe Safari is a strong little fighter and will overcome the odds. I will continue to try to be as positive as I can for her. I appreciate more than you will ever know all the love you have sent us <3

Safari has my prayers, for a safe and successful procedure, a rapid and full recovery and most of all the best that life could possibly give her. She deserves justice, peace and love.

I'll have EVERYTHING crossed for darling Safari on Monday ((((((HUGS))))))

Probably not exactly the same thing but I once rescued a 17 year old cat who had been starved and was only 3lb in weight. She needed an operation to remove all but her four fangs as her mouth was so inflamed and she came through the op and within a day was eating as though she'd never seen food before :thumbup: It's amazing how much better they feel once the pain is taken away :) And veterinary medicine IS amazing these days :)

But even so Safari WILL be in my thoughts all day Monday....as will you sweetheart (((HUGS)))

Sending prayers for safari. I have been following her story on FB. It is so heartbreaking g what that tiny baby has been through. I pray that Monday her dental goes ok and that her quality of life becomes so much better. The pics of her poor little mouth will make you cry. She has to be in tremendous pain.

Gonna be nervous all day about this. Really praying for Safari to pull through and be given a reasonable quality of life tomorrow.

I fell in love with this little girl. All the hardships that she has gone through. Se is a little fighter. Sending her good thoughts and blessings that she will do good. Lots of love to Leni and Safari. Fingers and paws crossed here. There is a lot of paws here. Hugs
