Molly has a few cute things but she doesn't really like them much. She does wear a coat in the winter months no matter what. I'm working on getting her used to at least wearing a shirt

Annie, I'm just like you loll! I have an armoire for my girls & they also have a drawer from my dresser & part of my closet. The boys have their shirts, hoodies & jackets in my dresser drawer too...it's slowly growing & it's becoming their dresser. We're in CA & it really doesn't get that cold here, but when it's 60 degrees outside, they get chilly, so I dress them up to keep warm. Other than that, they're nekkid most of the time & I just like collecting the cute doggie clothes & bows! I have 3 boxes full of bows & most of them are new.

I dress Priscilla up. She usually wears clothes everyday. If she ever acts like she doesn't want it I don't force her. She actually will put her head in clothes by herself if she wants to wear them. If she doesn't put her head in I don't put them on her.

I'd usually dress Minnie up in either pajamas (wish I had a photo; she was so cute in them) or a shirt in the winter. Will probably do the same with Cookie this winter too, though she'd probably laugh at our Texas winters being from Fairfax, MO and all lol.

I only dress Mandie up for pictures because she doesn't like wearing clothes and I love her to wear them. We meet 1/2 way. IF I ever take her to an event, I will put clothes on her, but at home..no. She wore a dress for about the first hour of our last Alabama Yorkie Meet-up. She is just too tomboy for clothes lol

That armoire pic is darling!
I had their things scattered a bit & finally decided to fix up the linen closet for all of their stuff. It's so nice to have everything doggie related in one place. The photo didn't show the other shelves with their supplies.

Oh that's right! I have a whole bookshelf w/grooming supplies. Shampoos, conditioners, sprays, dental cleaning stuff, only used a couple of times. I also have all their harnesses, leads in a clear see through bag so it's easier to find & it doesn't get all tangled up in the drawer. I need help loll!
It's funny bc they like getting dressed up...it's not helping.

I plan on getting little dresses and stuff. I hope she likes clothing because I know some dont care for clothes. I already picked out some hello kitty stuff for my future girl yorkie. 😊 I will definitely check I'm here because I do expect to get things custom made. It's a good thing summer is almost over.

I just BET you've got a lot more stuff than we see here. That armoire is darling; we just use a bookcase with spring loaded bars for ours!

OP, there are many people around YT who are very creative.

Everyone else: If you do a search, there're several threads discussing both purchased and homemade armoires. I hope Jenny comes back to let us know where she got hers!

You just have to start putting clothes on them right away so they can get used to it.

Also, it's a good idea to keep a shorter body cut when planning to keep in clothing...IMO. Mandie tolerates clothes..she doesn't fight me on it or anything, but you can tell she's happier without them. I believe this is directly related to her hair length. I *can* get twisted, pulled, tugged in the clothing and velcro if you aren't careful. And, even if you are, after running and playing, it can happen.

If I were to keep Mandie in clothes all the time...I'd almost certainly have her in a Joey Cut.
