hairless-crested yorkie WHY I really can't believe this.... the first link shows some of the pups and the second link shows the father a hairless yorkie. They are selling these babies for $1000 Why would people do this. Just for the Money Hairless crested x yorkie | Terryville | eBay Classifieds (Kijiji) | 28350986 and Hairless yorkie male puppy | Terryville | eBay Classifieds (Kijiji) | 28193095 |
The dad doesn't look healthy to me. And why would you want a hairless yorkie? Their hair is what makes them a yorkie! If you want a hairless dog. Buy the hairless dog breed like the Chinese crested. Not a modified breed. |
Looks like they put Chinese crested dog with their yorkies. Horrible! |
I agree if you want a hairless dog get a Chinese crested. Do not mix. They are trying to get on the mixed breed bandwagon. |
They dad looks like a crested x yorkie mix. Are the pups allowed to be called crested x yorkie? I don't think so. They are more crested than yorkie |
:eek::eek: nooooo :thumbdown:thumbdown |
They are not cute |
I think this is a big mistake!! So very sad! |
This saddens me |
Sorry they aren't cute at all....why would you want a hairless yorkie?! Geez get a Chinese Crested....so sad |
This is sad and just wrong!! Shame on them and shame on whomever pays $1000 for these puppies. |
hey I will be the first to admit I do like mixes, but NOT that mix, how horrible, and IMO not even cute. Fools are born every min, and I believe anyone that would spend $1,000.00 on a mix, especially that mix is a fool. |
Don't care for the way they look. And not worth what they want for them. Poor little things but I do hope they find homes. |
I think they should breed that male with a Clysdale horse.....then they would have Crested Hairless Yorkiedales that can pull a beer wagon!!! That would make just as much sense.......our gorgeous, elegant breed is going to eventually be RUINED by (I cant use the word I want to use....they would ban me) -----------stupidity such as this. |
Those poor dogs.. OMG is their bedding a pair of Levis!? Ughh I swear I hate people. |
Whoah, disgusting!! Judy, I second your unspoken word you could be banned for! :( |
They arent even cute |
People are just terrible |
One of the ads says the mother is MERLE. MERLE is one of a BLUE gene.......... All kinds of issues with that in itself, not to mention the dogs being ugly. And forgive me if my math is off but the ad states: Male puppy 8 weeks on 8/ 16/13. Mother is Merle crested x 8 pounds. Father is hairless yorkie x 2 pounds. 4th generation hairless yorkie non-shedding no grooming. Will stay small. Email for more pictures 860-899-9919 Terryville ct Ummmm, 8 weeks on 8/16 means the puppy isn't even born yet.....8 weeks back from 8/16 is 6/21. |
why would one do that!!!!!!!!!! Shame man |
What a pity, Why would some one do this, Poor dog,s will not be allowed out in the sun very long as the sun will burn them. I hope who ever buy's one know,s how to care for a hair less dog. poor puppies. Anne/Luci:mad: |

If the pups are healthy, looks happy and can live a normal live. They are welcome in my home. This pups don't look nor healthy nor happy. Not even the dad looks good. They won't be able to be outside for a long time without extra protection. That is what makes me disgusted about this mix. |
Horrible! There is a reason the chinese crested always wins the ugly dog contest every year. I remember Iin another thread, pstinard said that the short hair gene is always dominant. I wonder if the hairless gene is the same way? If so, a huge number of hugely defective dogs could be created very quickly, as opposed to the careful breeding that it takes to better the breed. Scary thought... |

Effing disgusting...and I don't say that often, this is utterly grossly unfair to the pup and both breeds. People suck, suck, suck... |
I don't even have the words.... |
This is so wrong for just too many reasons to list!!!!! |
