The better carriers usually have a shelf or compartment on the bottom for carrying items like that. Parvo is picked up when your dog comes into contact with other animals' feces and urine, so if you pick a pristine area, put down a pad, and have Brighton go on that, you should be safe. Also, if your yard or driveway is animal-free, it might be safe to potty train her there, with or without pads. Otherwise, you can train her to go on a pad or artificial grass patch on the lanai (at least it's outdoors) and move to grassier areas after she's had her final puppy shots. |
