My CVs never has any of the stuff they post here. :(. I guess they don't send to little places like my home state.

Ys for some reason they are not posted online, but they have them in my local store.. you can always call around and see who has them.

I believe they are just called pet stairs/ pet steps

I think ramp. Kudos doesn't really like going up stairs. Good luck!1 also hope your maids okay, you don't want her to be hurt and not clean no more LOL

Just had to laugh! When I read the beginning of this thread and you said "had to get a new one", I wasn't sure (at first) if you needed a new maid or new stairs. LOL Just popped into my brain. I don't know why! LOL Hope your maid is ok.

We have the Pet Studio stairs that you can convert to a ramp, it's almost 6 years old. We tried the ramp & they were reluctant to go up on it, so we use it as stairs. I use the plastic one just like the one your maid broke (loll) for my bed.

Yea I read the reviews too and said the same thing but its the only one I found that wasn't crazy expensive and thought why not try it out since it does both. The other ones I found aren't sturdy enough according to the reviews. I might just try it out and see how it goes, I can let you know if you want :)

My DH & I made a very nice ramp for the bed out of plywood & carpet. It goes at the end of the bed but runs along the width of the bed instead of sticking straight out so saves space & were not tripping on it. I actually copied it from a pic here on YT from a couple yrs ago that someones DH made them one week end but now I can't find the darn thing on here. Any way my DH just measured the hight & width of our bed & copied the pic & I went to home depot & bought carpet to match the color of my bedding & used a staple gun to attach it & covered the whole ramp & we & the dogs Love it. I am going to make another one for the sofa that wraps around the side & comes up on the front corner so it's not sticking out in the room & also allows us more room on the sofa. It can also be covered with batting & fabric so it looks like an apholsterd piece of furniture.

It would be great if you could share a picture. Our bed is too high for Princess Sophie to jump off of, even though she tries on occasion. I get so worried when she jumps down that it will hurt her legs. So far she hasn't had any problems but I know she will, in time. My problem is that when she gets to the floor, she just torments Hansel.
