| ![]() Hello I have a mixed yorkshire terrier and i am having some issues with her eating habits. She is about 2 years old and she does not eat like she used too. She will only eat when i am in the room with her and i am not understanding why. She will be in the cage in the morning and when she goes for her walk and comes back she does not rush to her bowl like she used too. Is there any reason as to why her eating habits are so weird. She barely eats anything.. ![]() |

| ![]() Vet checkup? If shes not loosing weight I wouldn't worry so much sometimes they get finicky. As long as she eats. If shes not eating at all. I would get here checked out. barely eating anything..maybe shes bored and finicky with the food? Try something fresh mix a little chopped boiled chicken or cooked egg. it may get her going again Last edited by ironmike86; 06-01-2013 at 10:03 AM. |

| ![]() Normally a new behavior means something is off or wrong and you know your dog better then anyone so I would go for a vet check up.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() Do you have a scale, is she losing weight? When Joey had an eye ulceration the main symptom was lack of appetite, the vet said that when they are in pain, the will lose their appetite. If this is going on longer than a day, I'd go see the vet, they can go downhill rapidly.
