Hey i got a new camera but im stikll trying to figure out how to put pictures here hahaha let alone figure out the camera,but i promise I will send some soon after all my baby has a 12 week birthday coming up soon cant miss that!

any tips for photo thumbnails would be good here thanks

There are lots of folks here who are typing challenged! LOLOL! Myslef included, lol!!! :D

As far as posting pics is concerned, there are really good directions in FAQ. Also, down near the bottom of each box to post in is a box called "Manage attachments". Click on that, browse to the picture you want to post from your files on your computer, click on the picture, then click upload when you have all the pictures you want. (takes up to 4). That should do the trick!

There is a thread called Test that you can go to and play around to your hearts content until you get it right. Also, Villette is a picture wizard, and if you still are having trouble, pm her and she will help you, I am sure! (Villette, hope you don't mind me volunteering you, lol!)

Hi , It seems that there are a few of us that are having problems with posting pictures in the various spots on the program. Could someone run through it point by point on the different ways to enter them in. Have figured out the gallery ones but not the other spots. If I got really good would like to be able to do the fancy things like having the pictures 4or 5 turning all the time. Thanks in advance .

I am with Carol I can do the gallery but thats it ! Ive even figured out how to reduce the sizes of my pictures .Any help would be awesome ..thanks in advance ..Deb

Ok...We are going to do pics 101 here

PICTURE SIZING HELP

the hardest part about posting pictures is getting the right SIZE...once you can do that - it's very easy to upload them into a post. IF they are too big - they won't upload. This program below is perfect for people just learning how to resize...I added a picture of it so you can see the interface. TWO CLICKS ...and you have a sized picture.

Always name your pics something easy & know where they are on your hard drive. I keep mine in the MY PICTURES folder.

Go here - http://bluefive.pair.com/free95.htm

Scroll to PixResizer - download - then OPEN up the program -

Click SOURCE (to find your picture on your hard drive)

Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE ...460 is a good size -

then click SAVE AS and choose the folder you want to save it in.

ONCE you resize and want to upload photos into a post ...

POSTING DIRECTIONS

In your post, Scroll down....you’ll see Additional Options
Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer
Click the picture – then click UPLOAD

if ANYONE has any trouble many of us will be happy to post your pictures for you - don't be shy ok ? GOOD LUCK !

ps...the pic below is the whole resizing program - you can see how it will look after you download it by clicking the picture under here.

Hey it worked! Got to admit I feel like I committed dog abuse here. Brandy absolutely hated those boots as you can tell by the expression of her face. Poor baby just sat there and wouldn't move an inch until we took them off.

What's the best camera out there now. I have a birthday coming up and I usually get money since it's right after Christmas. No one wants to shop. I have an Olympus 3.0 with 2.8 optical zoom and 10 times digital. I'm ready to upgrade. I've had it for a couple of years and I want something with more megapixels, I better zoom(optical) and can take mutiple pictures within a fraction of a second (I think that's how you word it). Any advice?

omg.............whats megapixels(j/k) ....don't you need the easy button like on the TV commercial???......I am proudly known as electronically challenged :cool: !

You are hilarious! I love that easy button! My daughter asked for one for Christmas and she's 13. I said you just wait until you're older and you will need that easy button.
