| Does your yorkie...... eat whats reccommended on the back of a food package? Mine doesnt come close to it. according to the back, for a 5-15 pound its 3/4C to 1 1/2c. he'll eat maybe a 1/4 or at most a 1/2. I'm always worried he's not eating enough but he seems perfectly happy. He's a way picky eater and im just confused bout all this. Thanx for any info and Happy Holidays! |

| Quantities on the bag of food are meant to sell more food and are only guidelines. Loki is 8 pounds and eats about 1/2 cup of his food a day, and every food is different. If he is getting enough, and isn't underweight, then you're fine! Don't worry about it!

| I say as long as your puppy is healthy, I wouldn't worry so much about what is on the back of the bag. I also think that there would be big difference in what a 5 pounder and a 15 pounder ate! JMO. |
