Here's another possibility: She has spent a significant amount of time as a younger dog in a crate with at least one other dog. Or Haley thought the crate was a new bed of some kind or was interesting and new to her or she could have spent a significant amount of time in a crate before she came to you and maybe that's the only place she felt safe. And really, who's to know whether she wet the bed or not since she doesn't at your home. Or she might have spent a lot of day time in that crate and got quite used to it, even if she did sleep with the girl nights - or could have spent many nights in it after she began bed-peeing. Some dogs love new things and love to check them out and other are very fearful of them. To me, it seems like she's used to a crate and has spent time a good deal of time in one, learned to accept it as a way of life. And if she settled down with the new dog when it came in, she's likely been in a crate a good deal before with another dog. If I put a new dog in a crate with Tibbe, I think he would wart it to death trying to play, sniff and explore it - not lie down and sleep peacefully next to it.

Sure sounds like you have a happy duo there taking to one another so readily and just bedding down in that crate together.

How sweet...but I wouldn't have slept a wink knowing my baby was in the room but not snugged up next to me:rolleyes:...it is great they are getting along so well.

so sweet...my two Brother and Sister sleep together as well....Jersey sleeps right beside them, in a separate crate....I think if I put them all together they would just play all night and no one would get any sleep!
