When Chloe was 7 months I got Lacey and my girls get along as well as any. They never actually fight but the baby, Lacey quickly established she maybe small but the alpha dog. No problem, Chloe just puts up with her. I love having two, they have each other when I am busy. |
Two Yorkies are great together!!! We have a male and female Yorkie and couldn't imagine it any other way. They have completely different personalities. The male is larger and likes to play tug of war but the female is the boss and the brainy one. They play together and sleep together and are never very lonely when we go out. We have a huge pen in the basement with their cage, a seperate bed, food, water, newspapers, lots of toys and chew sticks and a radio left on. They are wonderful companions together. I can't imagine not having two Yorkies! |
I really appreciate everyones response to this post. I don't think one person said they had a regret, getting two yorkies. (Go Figure) I have decided to go ahead and get the little male I was looking at. I won't get him until early February sometime, because the breeder won't let them go until 12 weeks are longer depending on how they are eating and such. That is such a releif, because when I got Raven she was right at 9 weeks and very tiny. I had several scares with the hypoglycemia. Of course if I would've known about this forum, I would've known to wait a few more weeks. I'm very excited and will keep you posted. Thanks Again - Kim (Ravens Keeper) |
