If your husband loves the dog more than you? :D. DH wakes me at 3:45 am and says "if we ever get a divorce can I have Mikki?" :eek: I said no! Then went back to sleep! :p. I think he just wanted to wake me up. Haha. Isn't it amazing how these pups steal our guys hearts! And this was the pup I was soooooo worried he wasn't going to let me keep!! :D. What was I thinking!?

hehe funny last night my dh said that's it me and cedric are leaving!! haha. i guess i was getting the two girls. :eek: i could never let him leave i cant live without cedric!! :D

my dh was never an animal person but our yorkies he calls the kidz.....they are our life!! hes been wrapped. haha.

Haha I tell mine all the time I am the rightful owner not him. Lol. Too funny that he can't leave because you will miss Cedric! :D:p

lol....I know my Dh prefers Max to go fishing with him over me! Max even goes with him in Sept. on a week long fishing trip and guess who gets to stay home....me! He has fallen for yorkies just as hard as me, though he would never admit it. :yelrotflm

Two of mine are handfuls! How do you do it with 5! These Yorkies have a way of suckering us to get more! :D

Oh goodness yes! DH and I almost got a divorce when I brought Blazer home. "No way in hell you're keeping that Muskie bait!" But now he is SO in love with him. Well, they're totally in love with each other, really. DH is gone all week and when he comes home on Friday's he and Blazer are inseparable! He brags about Blazer to everyone and has completely changed his stance on all small dogs being worthless.

I know what you mean. When I moved in with my husband (to be) , he told me " I have a 1 dog and 1 dog only rule , period.."
I said , to myself "Yeah whatever" :D
Let's see, today almost 8 years later , we have "3" dogs & "2" cats..:D

Yes our little guy is DH's side kick. When he's home it s all about him and my DH loves it.

And to think he wanted a Boxer. lol. That will come some day maybe.

lol! Cute! DH will argue with me all the time to let me know that Mandie is his. Keep in mind, he got Mandie for ME for our anniversary.

...this is the man that swore he would never have a small dog. ;)

Awww! Sometimes I'll be reading late at night/early in the morning in bed while my BF is asleep. I've seen him roll over, kiss Toki on the nose, and pull her closer to snuggle (supposedly with him remaining "asleep"...he claims he doesn't realize he does this :rolleyes:)...it's like um, you never do that to me! lol He always says "Toki's okay but I don't love her...she's just a dog." But I always catch him snuggling with her and even combing her hair! And I know he loves showing her off when we go to the park for walks...just admit it! You love this dog! lol

My husband did not want a dog when I brought Couver home... But now he goes out of his way so he can carry Khloe to the post office box down the street :p She has him wrapped around her lil paw!

Awwww mine claims to be asleep too. ;). And tells my son, when my friends come over the outside dog is my dog got it? :rolleyes:

My DH takes Mikki to the movie rental store. He says she is a chick magnet! :eek:

We were dogless for 7 years and it was my DH that was all about getting a yorkie (he's allergic to dogs & cats). I finally gave in & we got Lexie. She & I are joined at the hip. She tolerates him. He adores everything about her! And yes, she is a total chick magnet! I think this is why he insists on taking her (dressed up, of course) to Home Depot everytime. :D :p :rolleyes:

Hahaha. I better not tell DH about Home Depot. He may start asking Mikki everywhere!! :eek:

Too funny! I begged for years for our little yorkie girl and finally last year hubby gave in for our anniversary. For someone who says he's not a dog lover it's been fun watching the two of them bond this year. Hope has definitely become Daddy's girl. She gets so excited to see him when he comes home from work.

My Husband is a big softy! Getting a yorkie was my idea but getting 2 so they could keep each other company. They sleep on his side of the bed if that tells you anything. The cats sleep on my side of the bed. Hes not just that way with the yorkies hes that way with the cats too he calls them all the babies. He was so mad at me when I wouldnt give all my kittens away but he sweet talks them and the yorkies its funny and cute. It is funny when we go to bed he has the 2 yorkies following him and I have 5 cats following me

What a cute stories. My DH had a Yorkie and GS mix when I met him. I had my Yorkie Noah,and Sidney a big black, neutered tomcat and two foster dogs. Before we got married he got Rubin for me, from a friend of ours. As time went on, we got married and our family grew and changed. Now he admits the Yorkies are his too. When I first met him always said he saved Zacky (the Yorkie) because his friends were taking him to the pound. LOL right......
