I just bought the wipes and took her out of the pen and she stood still while I washed and trimmed alot of her hair. She smells much better. nows shes in her crate barking away...she wants constant attention. She has me so twisted around I dropped a bottle of pink nail polish out of my cabinet and it broke all over my granite countertops! Thank god I got it cleaned up before it set.. I need a crate now! |
Hope she gets better soon and glad you got the smelliness under control. |

Poor baby - my little girl was spayed - it will be two weeks on Tuesday and we cannot bathe her until Thursday (she gets her stitches out Tuesday and no bath until 48 hours after the stitches are removed). I have been just using baby wipes and a very wet washcloth with just plain water for now since I can't rinse her thoroughly. Glad to hear you were able to get her smelliness under control and sorry to hear about the pink polish. What a mess that had to be... |
yes, a long day..She seems to be very spirited today and wants no part of the crate! was trying to bite the wires..me? I think they need to make a version of wine for doggies..this human is going in search of some now for herself.. |
Have you tried dry shampoo? (am I late chiming in here? lol). I used that on my previous babies after being fixed and it worked great. Our vet gave us a can after we had them fixd and told us to use that, because they do tend to smell after surgery. |
