Aren't they so cute, hehe. When i'm sick Joel sleeps by me the whole time, and won't even go potty with someone else, if they try to take him out he runs by me and just sits there. If only he knew it helps me if he would go out potty with someone else when mommy is sick lol |

Both my males and female do that, but... My Female Becca is exceptionally conscious of my condition. I think it's just a typical "Mom" attitude/disposition. Charlie is clingy when I dont feel well he curls up by me and stays , if Im in bed for 12 hours he doesnt move, but the oddest thing is this, Im diabetic have been since age 2 but when I become hypoglycemic he will bark continuously. I only have these episodes in the middle of the night so when he is barking like this it alerts DH to check on me, or if Im not to far gone yet it stirs me to get up and check my blood sugar. I think it must be the change in my body temp that alerts Charlie I go from being all warm and toasty to cold and clammy. (maybe hes just mad Im getting him cold and wet) :lol tears |
I have kitty nurses. They take turns staying with me. They even follow me wherever I go. Sometimes I have the whole pride with me |

:) Pebbles has been my little nurse all day. I have a bad cold and anything like a cold/flu on top of my chronic illness means misery. When I woke up this morning I wondered how I was going to get through the day - all I wanted to do was rest but didn't think I'd get the chance with a very energetic 5 month old puppy to look after. Well I was wrong, it's now 10 pm here and Pebbles was a little angel all day. It's like she knew how sick I was, she lay on the couch with me all day playing quietly with her toys and napping. Every once in a while she'd crawl up to my face to check on me and give me a little kiss. Her warm snuggly body beside me and little puppy kisses sure made the day better. Yorkies are amazing!!:) |
