omg... if only you knew ... in the past 2 days i've managed to use a ridiculous amount of money to stockpile things she'll need... i mean seriously... is she really going to need 2 bags of kibble and three bags of stella and chewys right now? not to mention the 4 boxes of peepads i came home with yesterday lol the clothes i havent jumped into shopping yet but the fabric i have! i already sewed a hello kitty dress that she'll wear for her homecoming and a few different sized fleece vests/dress since its so cold here. and my other friend isnt helping. she just gave me 5 snuggle sacks today and offered to make dresses when she's here and tam came home with a soft cat bed/house and bed warmer. plus im going into the whole decorating her space thing. lol. i bought a sleepypod too for the car and as her carrier. someone please stop me. i still have 1 more day to go.

it has a long E sound like (me-Sah) she is chubbier than lilo but not necessarily larger. her tummy is her biggest measurement is what tam says haha. i still have one day to go and im just so excited and sad at the same time. i think we are definitely doing a pic a day blog for her i already set up the blog account so we can all watch her grow. ill have to share it once she gets her. Lola has to teach her how to be a diva

Remember to save back a whole lot of money for vet care! These little ones do rack up the expenses at the vet's sometimes.

I can read the excitement in your posts! I'm sure young are very glad to once again have a puppy in the house!

Not trying to be negative or dampen the homecoming , but do you have reserves in case of another emergency? It really hasn't been that long since Lilo's passing.

Are you purchasing insurance this time around? I have insurance on only Curri so far, Sugar is next - hopefully within a month she will also be insured! A medical emergency would certainly do me in at this stage without insurance and Care Credit

I even have 2 types of car seats for him lol. 2 beds. I want a cloud 9 but the fabric is not available. I still have to get the food and brushes lol

did you ask Linda if you could mail her the fabric you like or tell her what kind you are looking for and perhaps she can pick it up. Also not sure but you might not want to let puppy on a nice bed like that until you know he will not wet on it, some will and some will not.

we are. after she passes her vet tomorrow were getting her insurance. im looking at a few and i know our vet said trupanion but i have been reading about the deductibles and haven't settled yet on which one we're going with. i would prefer to not have to go through all that again. my account is still the same that it transfers money into her savings every month. and we applied for care credit when lilo got sick so i still have the card and plan to hold on to it. i have my christmas money and ive been selling a lot of lilo's old things to put back into the account also. we're having one bigger sale in the next few days to get rid of some other things i found while cleaning out her basket and hamper.

Im hoping to be better prepared this time around. all the things i bought i got in bulk online because its cheaper than buying in store and makes shipping more affordable. all the rest can wait till later.

i'll let you know... there are soo many ..... definately never want to ever pay full price... especially when you can find great deals online i got her sleepypod on craigslist and it was a steal! i can't believe people don't think to sell online sometimes their used things and luckily my friends pup grew out of her crate so she said we can use it. I think it may be too big so ill have to figure a way to block it off somehow... i didnt want to shop for clothes since she'll grow out of them fast but joanns had a great remnants sale 70% off and you can use the 50% coupon. so i made her little fleeces vests and a dress to keep warm. i may have also made a little something for a little boy i know
