I just got home from a short 4 day vacation...her back has been itchy but now she has leakage from her urethra....and she doesn't look like she feels well....local vet open monday can I wait.

Have you tried calling your nearest Emergency Vet?

Personally, if she is in pain, I'd want her seen right away and wouldn't to wait.

Is she eating, drinking & pottying regularly still?

I would probably go to the ER vet.

Did the person she was staying with while you were gone mention any usual behavior or any changes while you were gone?

She's eating going potty and everything....just the way she is holding her ears.....and the leakage....if she is spaded can she somehow go in heat...

I'd get her to an ER right away. Sounds like if you're seeing blood and she is spayed, she may have crystals in her bladder blocking her from peeing. Or she may have a stump pyometra/grnuloma.

What kind of leakage is it? Is is blood, urine, or something else? Could be a urinary tract infection too, or a number of other things. No, she can't go into heat if she has been spayed. But I probably wouldn't wait to have her seen, as she sounds uncomfortable.
