| Intro Hi there i would like to introduce myself, Adele and my yorkie baby Alfie. We are from Scotland. Alfie is 7 minths old and a little bundle of fun. He is very playful and just doesnt know what to do next. We just love him. We want to get his hair cut. Usually when we take him to the groomers we just get the ends taken off but now he is getting bigger i would like it to be more styled. Any ideas?

| Hi Adele and Alfie, and welcome from a fellow UK-er! There are quite a few of us around at the mo - must be something in the water.... Congratulations on your little boy - I too keep Harry in a puppy-cut, mainly due to our wet, muddy, yucky weather.... Look forward to getting to know you both! Sally + Harry x |

| I was thinking shorter as our weather isnt the best and alfie hates being wet so long hair would mean longer time drying. I dont want him to short as i like him looking fluffly. He gets brushed every day ao his hair doesnt get matted.

| Welcome to YT, Adele and Alfie!! Would love to see pics of Alfie I've yet to take Mandie to the groomers..she came to me with most of her hair cut off so I'm still working on growing it. If Alfie's hair tends to matt, I would probably keep him in a puppy cut, myself.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Welcome, Adele! Funny, YT has a juliealphiesmum from Scotland too. No advice on grooming, sorry. I shave bald spots in mine when I try.
