| Height and weights I really tried to find the anwser to this question but I can't seem to find it anywhere..... Chloe is 12 weeks and weights 2lbs 8oz so I double that and her adult weight is around 5 to 6 lbs but what about her height she is about 5 and a half inches tall ..... this is from her front feet to her shoulder blade...does this have to be doubled too. Thanks |

| I had a similar question...not too long ago...about heights. You can find a lot of info on weights, but I was curious what the average adult height was. From what I discovered, the average seems to be around 9 to 10 inches (give or take). I know that doesn't answer your exact question, but that seems to be what a 5 or 6 lb yorkie would hover around (your mileage may vary lol). Edited to add: I just went back to my original question. Mandie is at 8.5 inches at 7 months old and I remember thinking she had another inch to grow probably

| Its so exciting when they're young wanting to find out their adult coat color, their height and weight. My Ziggy was about a pound at twelve weeks and is now holding at 3lbs (age 1 year 8 months) and his heigt is about 7.5/8". Did you meet her parents? That would tell you a lot about her future. I just love watching them grow and change

| A chart is a great idea. I know what you mean about the getting her to stay still long enough. It takes me and hubby (all 4 hands) to even attempt to get Mandie's measurements. lol
