Oh that is what ticks me off more!!! The lady is REALLY lucky she is a supervisor like me at the company I work for because if she wasn't ooh I would go OFF!!
Now I never even knew she had this puppy but I just she was in a company meeting complaining to others about how she was having trouble training and she really had no time for the puppy blah blah blah so my best friend and my manager told her as soon as you leave this meeting email Govnment Foreclosure supervisor and tell her you have a female with papers you want to rehome so my best friend texts me and says read your email NOW!!

Mary Anne is standing with me telling me you might be looking for a Yorkie female. I have a puppy, Bella. She is about 7 months old. She is absolutely beautiful and I bought her in a moment of weakness. We have my grandchildren and two other dogs in the home and we are gone all day, plus work full time jobs and are planning my daughters wedding.
Bella is registered. If I could find a wonderful home for her, I would consider selling her very inexpensively.
Let me know what you think.
I asked the basics, was she the prissy lapdog type or hyper because mine is hyper and I want a playmate and could I see a picture, was she AKC or ckc or what.... And I get a response

She is CKCS and about 5 pounds, she is very small. The vet said she might be 6-8 pounds when fully grown.
She is actually both, will bounce around and play like crazy and then sit on the couch or curl up next to you and go to sleep. She jumps up on my legs to pick her up and when she is done being petted, wiggles to get down. She is very active though, loves to play with our German Shepherd. She jumps on him any chance she gets… grabs his tail and he pulls her around.
She doesn’t lick much though. She can yap when I put her outside in her pen to go potty.
We are still working on potty training. This is a hard breed to potty train. She is good most of the time, but if I don’t watch her, she will pee on my carpet.
She sent the picture and omg love at first site she is a DOLL... So I said yes please I will take her just tell me if I need to come to you or what and she responded I will come to you Wed at 6:30... Well 2:30 I get this

I apologize in advance, but we can’t sell her. We love her too much and will adjust. I am very sorry.
I am willing to share her with you… You can pick her up for a play weekend or night, anytime you would like. If you need a sitter, we would be willing to have Guinness have a sleep over. You can have a sister for Guinness anytime you want a visit.
Let me know what you think… We can still come over for a visit tonight, if you would like. We do not live that far apart. You can see how he would react to another dog around, before you buy a puppy.
I was soooo peeved why did you even bother me if you were not going to do it?? Why waste my time when I already had another puppy on hold????? So I can't say anything really mean BUT this email reply did make me feel a tad better... Just my way of saying you have no clue in heck of what you are doing :p

BTW… This might be a good book for you to help understand the breed and how to train yorkies.
Yorkshire Terriers For Dummies:Book Information - For Dummies
It was not until after Guinness failed THREE puppy schools costing me $600 that I found out that only people that know that one breed can train them because they are NOTHING like other puppies, I have owned many breeds and he is by far the hardest… you cannot scold them because they are overly sensitive and just want to please so if you scold them it just makes the behavior worse and if they do not get their way they will throw a temper tantrum like a child, mine will stand with his back to you and mumble under his breath then run off and do something bad just to get even lol Potty training is another hard thing, I have friends that have 4 year old pups that know to go outside but still have accidents in the house mine is a year and 6 months and has that issue also.
But reading that book might help you understand better how to work with her since normal dog training does not really work with them.
