We are back and ok...

the Pack is fine after 7 days without power and 12 days without cable, phone or tv, the storm hit us very hard, our whole town was in the dark for 5 days, we are now in the recovery stage, still some of my neighbors have no power, lots of homes destroyed but no loss of life human or animal.. we have a lot more to be thankful for this thanksgiving.. i just got internet service last night.
thank you for all the concern emails, it helped a lot to know all of the good people praying for us..

Oh I AM SO HAPY to see you posting. I was so worried about you and the babies. I am so glad that you are all OK.
I know what a horrible ordeal you have been thru.

I have a releative that is on Staten Island and she say's it is just horrible.

Sending prayers still for all the people that have been affected by this horrible storm.

Missed you and so glad you are okay. I am so glad your family, pack and home survived the storm and you all can slowly return to normal. I've only been without power overnight after a storm and that was awful. Can't even imagine no power or heat or media for days and weeks!

The destruction in that video is awful. That smiling little boy with the Crayolas at the table really got to me.

Carmen I am so glad you sent that video. I live in California and we heard about those storms but cannot comprehend the damage and destruction. It breaks my heart to see the people and their homes destroyed by trees and power lines. You will rebuild and survive this and be stronger because of it. Life is more than material stuff. It is faith, families and friends and pets. How everyone helps one another. I am praying for strength for you and good health . Keep looking up.

Can't believe Mother Nature can be so cruel. Your video showed me a lot more then the television stations did. Glad you and everyone with you are ok. Pray it never happens again. This will indeed be a very good Thanksgiving for you.

I'm glad to see you are back and did not have significant storm damage. Being without electricity in this kind of weather is bad enough. We in the north east are not accustomed to being slammed by a hurricane like Sandy. I hear there is still a lot of suffering going on along the coast as well.
