I don;t know how true it is, but I have heard that Vit C helps build collagen and cartilage. I have particularly seen breeders of prick eared dogs like GSDs recommend supplementing Vit C to help ear carriage. Do some reading and see if it might be something you might want to try to help keep ears up. Since Sabres ears are not actually floppy, just "soft" I haven't done any research on that in years, so I'm going on memory and haven't tried Vit C on him because I don't feel the need. |

mine had 1 floppy ears. he is 11 months old. started "treatment" when he was 9 months old rectified by constant massage to the ear base and feeding calcium biscuits. the calcium thingy works like a charm |
