| I've mentioned it before on some threads like this but never read of any other Yorkie that does this. Tibbe usually growls as he goes to sleep! Not always but most of the time. He curls up, gives the final, long sigh, rocks his chin into the cushion and before too much longer, emits a growl or two or three. Sometimes he growls a good bit, others just the one or two. This is whether he's sleeping with me or down in his bed. He has shocked a few people unfamiliar with this form of nodding off to sleep!

| When Ziva was little she would howl with the police/emergency sirens. I thought it was cute and encouraged her. It has taken Abby the last year to get the hang of it but now the two howl in harmony! I know it is probably bad but I crack up everytime they do it. Luckily they stop on command! |

| On Walks Gracie uses her back legs to climb up telephone poles so she can pee higher than the other dogs. Abba carries his leash, in his mouth on walks, he will stay right by my leg even if I am not holding the leash. If Ginny Joy surges ahead on walks, Abba grabs her leash and pulls her back. Rubin also likes to ride in the stroller on long walks and will start whining to ride with Julia. Julia whines to walk on a leash but that is a NO NO because she is not done with all her puppy shots.

| Too funny...my sides are hurting! There are so many funny things they do, which to choose...? lol Mia is a 'spinner' too...round and round and round she goes and where she stops nobody knows! ![]() I get dizzy watching her. But, a couple weeks ago, DH noticed Mia was carrying something around in her mouth, so when she got on the porch he told her to put it down...which she did. She'd found a small, smooth, round, white rock and was carrying it around in her mouth on her potty-and-exercise walk. When I got home from work, the rock was on one corner of the porch, but it was almost 'in the way' of walking and I was not wanting to fall down the steps because of turning an ankle on a small white rock so I moved it to the opposite corner. Mia 'checks' the rock going out and coming back in, and now Brody is 'checking' the rock, too. Brody pushed it across the porch with his nose, and she pushed it back to it's 'home' position with HER nose. Brody is very toy centric, and very neat with his toys, always keeping them in a toy box (bed or love seat) of his choosing for each toy, so we don't know if this is another of Mia's ways of 'taunting' Brody or not, but it is certainly funny to watch each of them pay homage to that small smooth white rock. Oh, and Mia's also got a couple of the cats 'checking' the rock as well.

When I take Henri for a walk in the fall he always tries to grab as many leaves as he can hold at once, when he drops them he gives a little huff and starts all over!

I'll see if we can get a photo of Mia and her rock. It may not look like much...it's a small little "pet" rock...lol I call Brody a Yorkshire Terrier Retriever sometimes because when he's got a toy nearby and knows he's going outside, he'll grab the toy in his mouth...as a preventative, I think, to going out at that time. lol I call the death grip he gets on the toy the "Yorkie Vice" because it is nearly impossible to pry the toy out of those little clamped down jaws, so sometimes I have to take him out, toy and all, and he'll tote that toy all over the yard. However, he must put down the toy to pee...hasn't mastered toy-toting and peeing at the same time, I guess...and he hates to do that because he 'knows' (fears?) as soon as he does his Mommy will steal it away from him. Apparently, I'm suspicious that way...lol Oh yeah...keep away is game he loves to play with me...and toy tug, too...and Mommy always gives back his toys. hee hee

| Lol Allie did this once and it freaked me out!! She brought in a lava rock from our garden and it just so happened it was a few days after my son and I had gone to see the Appollo 13 movie-if you haven't seen it, let's just say rocks move around on their own..., anyway I come in and there's a rock on the floor. I throw it outside and then a few hours later, we go out and come back in and there's another rock on the floor. I started to freak out! I threw it back out again. The next time we went out and came back in I watched her drop it on the floor and died laughing.

| Elvis grooms himself and whoever lets him like he's a cat, no chews all licks. Elvis also walks into things on one side we're guessing its optical damage from intreated epilepsy-depth perception distortiin from pressure- but now he will test step in the hall lifting one leg like he's scratching. Elvis doesn't do it often now but for the first year if you picked him up he'd "swim" in the air with his legs. Ironically he does it if you blow on him too, after he rubs off the air...over and over, its a game we play. Scoobers can't sleep unless his head is on a pillow and elevated, unless he's in his kennel, he digs up the blanket and put his head on the plastic flooring. He dumps any water bowls out unless they are outside...then he pees in them. The list goes on and on with Scoobers...

| Cinders loves to play fetch. If she brings back her chirping chipmonk and I'm not paying attention, she swings it and she hits me with it. If I still don't grab it, she gets on her bed and jumps. She uses her bed like a trampoline to jump really high to get my attention. ![]() She also helps me clean up her accidents by biting the paper towel and won't let go till it's cleaned up.
