How is everyone's day going ? Just thought I would take the time to say HELLO to everyone! I was wondering how everyone is doing and how their day is going? My day went quit well, I went shopping for fabric to have some dresses make for Ruby Bella'. It was very exciting trying to find just the right combination. My day is good, we have an extra day off from daycare since the power went out so I got to sleep in with Joel and he didn't mind. Have fun making the dresses:D |

My day is really pretty great - except for a low-grade headache (there is no such thing, obvs, but my friend Allison calls them this and it just makes sense). I was out amongst the humans today - getting all kinds of things done here and there. I tripped while trying to mount a curb, which was super elegant. I will complain about the heat though; seriously Nature, ENOUGH - let's call it even, and get on with FALL. Found a scorpion in the garage - told it to beat it. You guys know my histoire w/ scorpions...they need to back the ____ away. |
my day went great, took my first yoga class after after having to stop because of injury, for almost two years. So now I will go into a yoga pose :boy_hug::xfingers:and breathe slowly if find myself frustrated over a post LOL without my reading glasses those fingers look like a pretzle type pose |

Well I've gotten a lot done these past few day. Got some thing done that I has been putting off for way too long. I got my family photos put into the new frames that I bought over a year ago. Bought silk flowers to make a new arrangement to for my kitchen table since I got the new pot for it last summer some time. Than went out and got the fabric out of the trunk of my car that I bought 5 months ago to finally get dresses made for Ruby. Than went out and bought more... Im gonna Cheat and have someone else make them but, I did buy the material and I thought about making them!! I still lots to do on my mental note to self: Get off my ass and get it done already list! :D Can you tell I'm bored.... its not like I dont have house work and cleaning to do. But thats no fun. |
Bored? What is that? Today I will be moving two sewingmachines,trading cabinets. Bigger,more work space cabinet should be for the machine that I use alot. Ive had the bigger cabinet for a year and it suddenly occured to me that it was just sitting in another room with a machine in it that I dont use as much,duh. Then a little pool time,might be the last for the season,going to let a couple of the furbabys play in the pool too. Sooooo tired of the TX heat! Ibought some baby clothes to alter for Mina to wear,so that is on tap after the machines are traded out. Dinner will be done by somebody else. Im going to clean my kitchen and its gonna stay that way,,,,for about an hour,,,before one of the kids turns it upside down. Hope everyone has a lovely Friday!!! |
Good day so far I am so glad it's Friday! I am a little tired I realized I could get the Kindle app for my iphone so I stayed up until 2:30 to read a book:eek: Georgie was looking at me like Mommy really it's way past our bedtime;) I couldn't help myself but I am paying for it this morning (sips 2nd large cup of coffee LOL) Hope everyone has a great day! |
My morning was not so great. I had to take my car to the shop before work, which is never fun! On the bright side today is Friday :) |

So far good day today, worked this morning and heading to Michigan this afternoon for a family reunion. Checked my checking account balance this morning online and had more than I thought, I double posted a large check in my ledger. |
My day is going slooooowwww.. Of course, all I'm doing is counting down the days till I go on vacation. 7 more days till Destin!!! |

Am hiding in the den today trying to escape what is estimated to be a 103 degree day in North Texas! Supposedly, this is the last day of this horrible heat and then, viola, Texans are supposed to get a true girft from God - cooler weather. I think Sunday night it might get down into the 50's here and just the 80's during the day. So today I'm just staying inside out of the heat as I had all I could take of it this week being out and about in the worst of our lingering heat. Enough! I demand me some Fall weather and want to see some autumn leaves and scarecrows and sweaters and hear the high school band out practicing for the football game and such! It is September and heretofore, if the band is practicing they are doing it inside the building as they also try to hide from the heat. So, today is consisting of waiting impatiently for today to be over and that cool northern wind to blow in late tonight and cool us down. So TGIF hopefully soon means to me: Thank God It's Fall! |

I set out to enjoy the evening with a nice quiet night sitting by the fire with a friend and a tall glass of wine "Arbor MIst" :D well that lasted about an hour before the rain began. I figure it had past ealier in the day but I was wrong . It hasn't stopped rainnig since 8:30 pm |
Yesterday I hung out in the pool. It really was 103+ in my backyard. I get up this morning and it is 63 or less on my backyard. Mina stood in the grass,in her nightie,whining because she was cold. So maybe,just maybe we have fall. Yorkajilly,come on over. I have put out fall garlands and a fall arrangement on my back porche and will be sitting out there in an hour or so having a glass of wine. Guess I'll have to go find Mina's hoodie or cuddle sack so she can be outside too. |
So this morning I took Joel out and he decided to get poo stuck to his bottom:rolleyes: so I had to bathe him, lol. Other than that, today is mostly a cleaning day with Joel following me everywhere of course, and he's not too happy that I finally went through his millions of toys and threw some out:eek: |
Headed out earlier today to have visit with friends that I had to cancel plans with last night. Than went to the store grabbed a bottle of Arbor MIst and headed back home to eat dinner and then going to have a tall glass of wine and sit by a nice roaring fire later. It's been very sunny but chilly today. My favorite type of weather. :D Have a great night everyone ! |
Its been a very nice few day with the cool weather we are having in Ohio. Love this type of season, I do believe fall is upon us ! Fixed one of my favorite meals for dinner and ate ever last bite. Meatloaf, cheesy potatoes and a salad. I cleaned my place like a good little girl . . . "Now where is my desert damn-it" :D So, anyone do anything interesting today? |
I have been flat on my back with a horrible cold/ear infection since Friday. Feeling much better today, hopefully back to real world by the end of the week. |

Tried that and also tried Peroxide YIKES!!! Seriously the pain brought to my knees both time. I went the doctor today and got meds and some drops for ear (it is the same thing they give people who have swimmer ear). Thank you for the suggestion, I do not remember being this sick ina long time. |

I was up at4am and off to the hospital by 5:30 with my sister for her hernia surgery. Got home at 11:30am and am very tired right now. It was a very early morning and I still a long night ahead of me. |
