Well let's start at the beginning.
My friend Alana organized a play date for Dexter and Peppermint and posted here on YT.

I took the boys Teegy and Tufty and at this play date I had the pleasure of meeting Agnes and Paul and their mega cute fluffy bum Hulk.

Hulk and Tufty are only two weeks apart and have become best friends, to watch them play just makes us all laugh and smile A LOT.

This weekend we had a sleepover at Hulk's house and the boys both had the best time ever.
It was the first time Hulk was away from his mum and dad but we went to his house and they all got to play in the yard and do poops and peeps outside.
I truly didn't mind either giving up my pillow to allow them the comforts of down or when they all decided to use me as a mattress.
I was truly in my wee Yorkie heaven.

My point being made here is get out and find Yorkie owners in your hood, do it on here. I have found some fabulous friends for me and for my dogs.

I just know that I would have absolutely no hesitation leaving my boys with Agnes and Paul if I had to go somewhere overnight or longer.

What a wonderful thing! I found another yorkie parent in my area and the boys have a playdate next sunday! I'm so excited!

Great idea! I too found a yorkie mom in my area on here...we had a playdate set for today...rained out, so we have a date for tomorrow! Can't wait to meet Wallee!!

Have you been to an all Yorkie meetup before? Looks like there is one in Toronto:

The one around here meets up every month!

We have met one YorkieTalker, but unfortunately there aren't many YTers on my side of the state

I would love to have get togethers, but it's not really possible... So we settle for the small dog park

Wow! A play date with celebrity Yorkies.. My girl LOVES Dex. She attacks the screen when I play his videos. Yorkie play dates rule! Gotta socialize these little guys when ever you can with dogs the same size.

I took Joel to small dog play group and he go to meet with Eddie and Jillie, I think Joel and Eddie liked eachother

Hands down - so glad I found this forum and managed to meet the people we have!!! Hulk is our first toy breed, let alone yorkie, and its been a fabulous ride, but having the support of Sandra and other more experienced owners has been invaluable.

I'm still learning to be comfortable leaving Hulk when we're out and about, but leaving him with Sandra was hands-down the easiest thing ever. I knew he was in great hands and he loves loves LOVES Teegy. A-freaking-dorable.

YT is my go-to, along with our other yorkie friends. It's nice that there's such a solid community online and in TO

Met a YTer today...Wallee. He is freakin adorable...my two had a great time and Cindy is a sweetie! My two barked their faces off at first, but as soon as I opened my back gate..all was well. They had a blast. No set date to do it again, but tentative plans for another play date...cant wait, by the time we have the next one, we will have Jersey here...btw Wallee is a Biewer as is Jersey..loved his coloring...sorry i'm babbling...

I am a part of this meet up, although I haven't been to any meetups yet..the next one is for a Saturday in September, I cant attend as i work Saturdays

I know right...good Lord the way I'm acting, you would never know I have three grown kids, we had an amazing time...got to get down to the city so we can meet Teegy and Tufty as well....
