I saw that story. It sounds like the dog is doing pretty well recovering in foster care. I hope this woman (if you wish to call her that!) is prosecuted for cruelty and NEVER gets this dog back! I hope this little baby gets a new home with an owner (or family) that will take care of her like she deserves! God, help this little one! |

It saddens me to see so much lack of respect for life. People that treat a tiny dog this way will have no regard for the lives of their own family members, probably not even the children that they have brought into the world. If she has not had children then she should not. |
This is a horrible story. I feel so sorry for the pup. I bet she doesn't even understand what's going on. How can you do that? They look at you like your their mother and they trust their little lives to you? Just because its not human you think you can do what you like to them? I hate people like this. The sad thing is pups love the simplist things in life and if you can't give them that then why do you own a pup? I hope she doesn't get her back!!! She deserves better! |
This is very sad...I don't even think Yorkies or any small toy breed should be tied to a bike, they're so small in size that even the smallest accident could lead to great injury. Mental illness or not, this lady should not have any pets. |

This story is absolutely disturbing :( |
This story just made me cry. How?????? |
It is this mindset of violence begetting violence that as a sister of a brutally murdered brother (for $6) makes me realize there is no hope for the human race. This topic goes much deeper, topically its easy to see/say that this person should be punished etc., etc., etc., But as someone who works day in and day out with the mentally ill, homeless, uneducated and prisoners and parolees (including the man who killed my brother) and the children of the innercity,,,,, I sure hope you are not one of those people who ever has to deal with them....they are the forsaken of the human race, and no I am not a martyr, I speak the truth. Let me reiterate, my first thought was WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THIS PUPPY? AND, AND, AND, I tried to help this puppy...did you? or did you just grandstand here and spew/vent or whatever you want to call it? And by the way, this puppy is a chi-yorkie mix and is doing very well, and is being fostered by a police officer and his family. Also, please take action, with the passion you have it would be an assett to any group that protests against the abuse of animals, like I do. Also consider donating your time to a homeless shelter, there you will see and meet many of the people I am talking about. It is very rewarding to help animals and people. Peace....and btw/I do understand how you feel about this poor puppy, and I just hope it moves you to act. |
Thanks for your thoughtfulness, Lynzy420 Sad story, nice reply from Lynsy. |
There is no excuse for dragging a 5 pound dog down the road by means of a car or a bicycle. 10 MPH!!! What kind of a mind even thinks of something like this? Once upon a time you might have seen this type of behavior from some delinquent teenage males but certainly not from an adult female. It is written in a long neglected ancient book that in the latter days the hearts of many would grow cold. We seem to be having a monumental amount of cold hearts lately. |
I think you are giving this dim witted cretin credit for more intelligence than she actually possesses. I do not think for one second that this was "road training"....I think this was some lazy useless piece of.....that decided it would be easier to walk the dog by letting it run behind the car, than for her to get her lazy butt out and play with that poor little soul, or walk it herself. This kind of thing REALLY makes me lose my religion....and let me re-read that one sentence.....there ACTUALLY is a question as to whether she should get this baby BACK??????????????? AND YOU KNOW WHAT IS SOOOOOOO SAD???? THAT POOR BABY WOULD LOVE AND LICK AND KISS ALL OVER HER BIG UGLY FACE!!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thum bup: |
I hope they don't give her that dog back. Poor little Mimi. That made me so sad.... The image of her trying to keep up with a moving car, giving all she's got. Scared and her poor little paws getting scraped off. What is wrong with some people. This lady has no brain. Or its the size of a salt grain. |
