| Dog Food Suggestions I have a very picky eater. Does anyone have any ideas? The breeder started her on Royal Cainine and Bil Jac and I would like her to eat a better diet! |

| Well don't drive yourself crazy trying different foods. You will end up making the pickiness worse. Here is a good site to help you evaluate different dog foods: Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble My two eat Natural Balance, the Limited Ingredient Formulas, there are several flavors in canned and kibbles. They get a little canned for breakfast, free fed kibble, and a little canned for dinner. A lot of people swear by feeding the raw foods, there are different brands that come either frozen or freeze-dried (and you soak in water to reconstitute). I haven't given mine that yet, but have thought about it. From what everyone says, their dogs love it and gobble it right up. Good luck in finding a food for your picky little one. It seems to be a breed trait

| I feed mainly grain-free Fromm and sometimes do pre-made raw from Stella & Chewys or Nature's Variety. |

| I feed mostly Stella & Chewy's frozen raw food. Gracie hated and still refuses to eat kibble. It took me a while to find a food she really liked. Have tried her on a few different raw foods and Stella & Chewy's is by far her favorite. Dog Food Reviews and Ratings | Dog Food Advisor You can check out ingredient lists at the site above. There are some foods that are better than others. |

| I feed mine FROMM's Chicken a la Veg kibble with a little Honest Kitchen Force as a topper. 1 Tablespoon for the Yorkies and 3-4 tablespoons for Buddy (golden). Mine will happily eat the kibble plain but Buddy doesn't like the taste of his pills and will mill around and give death ray looks without the topper. You can't give to 1 and not the other too FROMM has been making pet food since WW2 and never had a recall . Plus my dog love it. Feed what works for you and your dog

| I may try Grandma Lucy's Artisan Chicken if my local store ever decides to order it in.

To me it's like the people with perfect attendance & never use a sick day....it doesn't necessarily mean they never get sick...but rather they don't have a problem with spreading their sickness to others.
