| Do you think....... She will grow up to look like a regular Yorkie? She looks so much different from the other Yorkie pics I've seen. I know it doesn't really matter what she looks like, I love her like crazy no matter what. I'm just curious if she is going through an akward phase or if she is really that far off on standard looks.

| Our little Kyra still has the dark coloring and is 8 months old. I personally wouldn't care if she stayed these colors even though its not to standard lol. I think your baby is adorable.

| The yorkie is a breed that goes through a number of changes as it grows. Unless you know the complete lineage and history of your pup, then it's difficult to say whether or not there's something else mixed in. You know, I've read that some people suggest that even Biewer Yorkies were initially developed by another breed being mixed in. (Don't hollar at me Biewer owners!! I'm only repeating another's opinion.) The most important thing is that you love your baby. |

| Is her face all black? It's hard to tell by that picture. Sometimes thier coloring changes and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you just don't know how they will look until they are grown. |

| She looks like a pom or a chi to me... just kidding! Yorkie change so who knows she does look a bit dark, but she's beautiful. I prefer unique dogs.

| Thanks everyone! Her face is balck and tan. And you're right it doesn't matter what she looks like I fell in love with her the moment I saw her. The only thing I insist she do is grow long hair for a bow lol.
