| Play Biting My little yorkie just loves biting my hands and feet if I am barefoot or wearing socks. It really isn't painful and he doesn't bite very hard but it is annoying. I still let him bite me though since he enjoys it and it's not aggressive biting. The problem is I can't really pet him or touch him because whenever my hand is near his head he'd try to bite me. He's just turned 11 months old right now. Is this just a puppy thing that'll pass soon? He's almost a year old though. And if his biting continues how do I break his habit? |

| What worked for us was a squirt bottle of water and to say no when she would do it and then squirt her. It is a habit you really need to break.

| Suppose to say ouch really loud to startle them. Then ignore them. Don't let them bite you at all. Just like when there play mates yelp. Thats what I was taught. Worked for me. |
