Loved your post!!! I think out extreme over buying just shows how much we love our babies! My (skin)kids are almost 15 and 17.... I remember when they were small how a new baby doll or shiny car would just light their faces up. I swear, I get the same lit up excited faces from my furkids when I whip out that new squeaky toy or treat....just makes ya feel good all over! |
Omg, hahhahahahahah, I thought I was the only one. I dont remember the last time I got myself shoes. Since yorkies, thats just all I spend on! Gosh, I think i might need a second form of income, I'm not surviving here. Its so bad for us that when I bring packets home, Ziggy goes there everytime because he knows there's something for him in there :/ |

That is too funny I have 3 huge beds for a total of 18 lb of fur babies. Rhis is a bit insane because they sleep on my bed. I have 3 toy boxes. Then there is two huge bins of cloths then there is all of the pink harnesses and leashes. Oh then the halloween costumes because they have to new ones each year I have 4 carry bags. Then there is all the snuggle blankets in pink. Then we have are car seat which is funny because I now drive a Miata. oh and travel bowels and car toys Oh then we always need new shampoo and bows to look cute. Then We have grooming. I am always looking for something new. I just can't pass up those clothes racks Oh then there is the treats those yummy treats Wow I know I am forgetting something |
I totally relate!!! My skin kids are 18 and 22! So my furkids get all of mine and daddy's attention! I am always looking in the pet supply section of every store I go in!!! I also sit and look at all kinds of websites secretly making a wish list to share with the hubby!! |
I don't go to PetSmart or PetCo. Don't like their merchandise or their prices. I do have quite and online habit though. It's just way too easy to let my fingers do the walking through the online stores. |
After Princess destroyed the vast majority of clothing-i left it in the bottom of the closet while re-purposng my daughter's baby armoire into a dog armoire...the best I can do is to have a new rule, everything must be useful and within the new budget we have since I'm not working right now. Considering I buy everything in 3's weather for the fur or skin kids, I've learned to reign in my spending. However should I go back to having "my own income" watch our retailers, it'll be time to make up for lost consumption! |
Well I think I will be becoming an addict too ... Just bought a small doggie raincoat since it rains here in England ALOT! BUUUUT .... I still haven't gotten the furbaby... hummmm think this will become a problem :eek: |
