| Higgins is such a showoff!!! Hi everyone! Finally "home" in our favorite Florida RV park for the winter. Funny thing: Higgins remembers it all from last winter! Joyfully ran his old victory lap route when he caught his frisbee..... He is such a showoff! Brings his frisbee to total strangers to throw for him. Races at warp speed around our campsite showing people how fast he is. I mean, it is so OBVIOUS that he is showing off it is almost embarrassing. Basically, he just loves 99% of the people he meets. Just wary of kids, especially if they are on wheels of any kind. This is great since we live in our RV and travel to different campgrounds year 'round. Incidentally, we don't have internet much of the time, but we sure tell EVERY Yorkie owner we meet about YorkieTalk! This weekend there is a benefit concert, "Country Rocks The Canyon", here at our park. All 498 campsites are booked and they are expecting 12,000 people for Travis Tritt's concert in our amphitheater!! We are keeping Higgins INSIDE for the weekend!!!!! Good to be back here! HI DAN AND BETTYEANNE!!!!! (I remember waaaaay back when Dan and Bettyeanne and I were sometimes the only people posting here. How wonderful to see something so good succeed so well!) Mary Ellen |

| Thanks for the welcome back, y'all! Michelle, we have spent the last three winters here in Florida after coming to a Casita rally here in 2004, where we met Bettyeanne and Patrick and Toto. That's when Don The Dog Hater decided that if we had to have another dog, it had to be a Yorkie, and we found our little Higgins in nearby Brooksville, FL. Yorkies take well to RV travel and we meet LOTS of them on our journeys. So don't stay home because of your furbabies -- get an RV and take 'em with ya! Ask me and I'll be glad to share traveling tips! (Waving Wildly) Hi Villette!!!! Yup, we named him after the Magnum Higgins so that our veddy English breed dog would have lovely English manners......hmmmmmm........well........heh heh........ The trouble is he is so cute that he gets away with stuff, y'know? Last edited by Higgin's Mom; 12-09-2005 at 05:35 AM. |
