I think my oldie has a lump, but think it's like calicum deposits. Not too sure. It doesn't bother him. |

4 Attachment(s) I have uploaded 4 pictures of him. That's my crazy, overly obsessed Precious sleeping next to him. Oh, and he fell in love with him pillow, we told the vet not to separate him from his pillow, lol. I named him Samson, Sammy for short. |

So happy to see your Precious looking out for Sammy. I hope he steals your heart and you keep him forever. The world needs people like you to care enough to help a little old guy in need. xo |

It's so wonderful what you're doing for Sammy. He seems like a gentle soul. I also live in New Orleans with my yorkie, Toby. Where did you find him? |

Awww..thanks for saving him. He's such a cutie. He looks little too. |

I'm sure that pillow helps is old bones to feel better. He needs some comfort after what he has been through. He does appear to be in rough shape. A good bath and some combing will help with that. I think it is cowardly the way people dump their older pets when it gets too difficult to deal with their issues. I'm so glad he gets along well with your Shih Tzu. Yorkies have child like personalities but they also have strong spunk! |

What a sweet little boy! So glad you are helping him. Pam |

What a sweet little guy!....I hope your able to keep him, you seem like the perfect caring person to give him the love he needs. Thank goodness you were in the right place to cross paths with him. Give him plenty of gentle kisses and belly rubs....:) |

GOD BLESS YOU FOR TAKING HIM IN!!!! We now have a "tuxedo cat" (black and white) (who is a real PIA;););)) because about a year ago, I rescued her from a big black PU truck that was going to run her over (YES, I ran into the middle of the street and stopped the truck). BTW, I am not a cat person!! Louise |

1 Attachment(s) Oh my gosh, Sammy is just adorable. He reminds me of a foster I had for a long time named Addie. I hope you fall in love with him and decide to keep him. Go team Sammy! I'll check, maybe I missed the post, but if not, what did the vet say? |

Thank god you found him. He looks so sweet! I could never imagine anyone kicking a dog to the curb, and especially a yorkie who depends on us parents to care for them. Are you going to keep him (i hope)? |

Bless your heart for helping this little guy. I have an elderly little girl that I fostered after she was brought to my vet by a rescue that pulled her from the shelter. She was attacked by one of the large dogs at the rescues house and almost killed. She is a "failed foster". I just couldn't send her away so she is living out her last years with me. I've had Abigale almost 4 yrs now) and she is such a sweetie. If you keep this little one he'll love you like no other. They are so appreciative that they have found someone to love and care for them. |
