I don't know if you can tell in my avtar how big Kayla's ears are, but, they are huge. lol!!! I let the hair grow out over them and she looks like she has 2 giant pig tails. |

2 Attachment(s) The first pic is Peek a Boo at 5 years old, the first year I got him and began to let his coat grow out. Pay special attention to the ears, lol. The 2nd pic is Peek at 10 years old, in full coat. I trim the top half, sometimes just the top third of ear ear, front and back, and let the rest grow and blend in with the hair on his neck, minimizing the actual size of his ears. In this pic I also left a longer tip on the ears. I read about doing this in one of my Yorkie books, it's supposed to give a more natural look and mimics some animals in the wild...lol. Funny! :) I was always wondering the same! My Ozzy`s ears are quite big as well! But they are not standing up (he is only 5 month), so you can not see that. Only when he is outside and wind blows in his ears...or he looks up to me with his cute eyes when I am eating something :D But I think it looks so cute and funny! Actually, do you know when they suppose to stand up? My vet said I can forget about it - they may never do...:confused: |

e call Abba Spock Ears. He is very small and is full grown. His head is smaller than a tennis ball and his ears look like two long feathers stuck in a ball. |
