| A Little Bit Of Freedom Ladybug is crated while we're at work each day. But once we're home she's out and about through the house until the next morning. I leave her home when I run a 30 minute errand and she does just fine. So, today was the first day that we've decided to give her a little freedom. We left her out of the crate with access to the kitchen and family room only. I can't wait to get home today to see how she did.

| Well I hope all is well. I will be tempted to use a baby cam when I leave mine for the first time.

| Years ago when we had a little Shih Tzu and we moved into a new place I had to get two new gates to confine him in the kitchen while we were gone. I don't know how he did it but everyday I would come home and find he had knocked over one of the gates. They were pressure gates and I put the maximum amount of pressure I could on those gates! They were unmovable! He was just a little guy. I never figured out how he did it I just finally gave up. He never messed in the house or got into anything. He just sat on the end table by the window and watched for us to come home. Hope your day went as well. |

| She's 10months old, and as I type that I think, maybe she's still too young. She is out of her curious little puppy phase when she would chew on everything and try and jump all over the sofa. She's pretty content just laying under the chair, or sitting at the window seat. She doesn't get into anything when we're at home, and she never has to be disciplined.

| Well, if the rooms she is confined to are puppy proofed she should be fine. Of course they are all different. You know your dog. I always felt so guilty leaving my little guy home alone for so many hours. It must have been so boring for him. I guess that is why he loved looking out the window so much. |
