No one is judging Scrappysmomma, its obvious she is not as informed as some of us about places like this. I understand that because she loves her pup so much she finds it hard to see the place for what it is. But it is important to shed some light on this place as they are indeed what most of us advocate against.

and if maybe this is the case where it isnt a good place and all that
then maybe i did save my pup because he lives in a nice home and gets everything he wants and needs and gets lots of love so that makes me happy that i
saved him in a sense...

sorry to all for being upset! i understand we are all here to help and everyone can voice their opinions and thats a good thing next time ill come to you girls
first before buying another pup

My remark was because the OP thought she was posting a nice thing and now it looks to be something else and it's upsetting to her. I think you misunderstood my comment. It was in no way referring to her being "judged".

Many of us did the same as you, myself included, I think you did "save" your pup, because you purchased her unknowingly...I did the same thing and $20,000+ later.....I know I saved my girl!

I understand your being upset, I would be too. Many of us on this forum have learned lessons the hard way,me included. It's a good thing you did mention where you got your pup from because now when people do a search hopefully this will come up and the person will have some additional info they may have never had. I wish you well with your new pup and I'm sure he'll bring you much happiness. I hope you stick around and enjoy the forum...:)

I completely understand what you are saying about saving him. I feel so much like Britster. I got Georgie from a "breeder" who I have had little contact with since I got him. I even emailed her last year to tell her he had surgery to repair his AAI and she had no clue who I was:( My email reply back to her was sorry you don't remember Georgie or myself any reputable breeder would. I haven't heard from her again surprisingly:rolleyes: I was also glad to know she isn't breeding anymore. I think a vast majority of us got our first frubaby from a place that looking back we wouldn't do again.

On another note this is what YT is for to educate us all. I learn something new here all the time. Had I looked at the same place 7 years ago I would have felt the way you did.

Welcome to YT! It sounds like Scrappy has found a loving new home. It's gonna be fun watching him grow up.
