I received my minksheen shampoo today .
 
Wow, this stuff is awesome.
It smells heavenly.
Oscar's coat is gorgeous. It's so soft , silky & shiny.
I will definitely get this again.

I love the minksheen too! It leaves the coat so silky.

ZoE is in need of a bath, but I'm holding off another day because she goes to the vet Wednesday so I want her clean and smelling good for her exam.

At first i didn't like minksheen but i had bought a gallon..it grew on me now i think it is great :)

WELL OSCAR HAS A SILKY COAT BUT A COUPLE REVIEWS I READ STATED
THE FOLKS USED THE MINKSHEEN ON POODLES WITH GREAT RESULTS SO
I WOULD THINK IT WOULD WORK GOOD ON A YORKIES COTTON COAT...

I love Minksheen. It really helps with Buster's matting. I don't buy a gallon, lol. The size I buy seems to a last a long time.

I have a question about Minksheen. It says "concentrate" on the bottle. Is it supposed to be diluted? Or do you dilute yours?

I love Minksheen it really gives the coat a nice feel and it lasts so long. I stopped using it to test out Yorkie Splash and Shine but now that summers around the corner i'll be switching back.

Oh no another shampoo, I have bought so many shampoos, conditioners and grooming detangler sprays. Now another product..I am liking the Yorkie sheen products and Bounce is very good too, do you all do this too? Just keep buying grooming products?

yes it does say to dilute it, i questioned that also.
So i will just take a little and mix with a little water before i bathe him...

Yes, I dilute it. I have a lil travel size bottle. I squirt some Minksheen in there, fill rest with water (ratio about 1:4) and then shake it, and then the lil travel bottle is what I use to wash her.

**Remember to always shake the Minksheen bottle well, each time before you use it, to mix the oils. I've forgotten a time or two and noticed the difference.

Oh and I think the stuff is cheap, even with shipping, considering that I've been using the same 16 oz bottle for a year now and ZoE has had a bath every week of that year, other than the one week she was spayed.

I just ordered it on Amazon. I will bathe Georgie as soon as it arrives. I too like the insect repellant part of it. Can't wait to try it:)

I dilute it in a small travel sized shampoo bottle and use it on Couver (my silky coated boy) and Khloe (my cotton coated girl), and it works great on both of them. They both feel so soft and smell great after their baths. It's my favorite shampoo I've tried so far!

There are so many products out there! Coming here you can at least get an idea of what some people think of them before trying but we certainly can't use them all. I found out about the Yorkie Splash and Shine products here. I needed something to help me control Gracie's long coat at the time. I'm sticking with it for now mainly because it does the trick for her type of fur and I prefer all natural products anyway. I do like Chris Christensen products. I use her Show Off spray on cleaner for between baths when I need to do some spot cleaning. Oh......maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that!

I order some Minksheen today and hope it works good for Zhoie's cotton coat.

I placed my order with Amazon through the link from "ladyjane" YHR website so it will help the pups:thumbup: Every little bit helps and if ordering from Amazon...that's the way to go!

Hahaha, that was my immediate thought lol I just placed an order of the yorkie splash and shine, I love that stuff. I have a bottle of nootie shampoo/spritz, a bottle of the tropiclean detangling spray and the pawganics shampoo and conditioner. I might have to star using that on me or the kids. I swear Sheldon't beauty product are more expensive than mine.

Oscar's mom, my husband is not going to allow to hang out with you hahahaha :D

Please convince me not to order minksheen shampoo!!!! :eek: s it just the shampoo or do they have the whole line.

It is awesome.
Plus you can dilute and it makes the bottle last even longer.
Just squirt a little in a 1 oz bottle and fill with water and shake it up good.
