hope little Jude is getting better, what has the breeder said, will they reimburse you on your expenses, if not then tell them you have the power of Yorkie Talk behind you. My sister's yorkie had that among a few other things when she brought her home and after several threats of calling the licensing agency for pets businesses in NY or the AKC she received money for her vet bills

Hey everyone!
Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers!
Jude is out of the hospital and I been feeding him every two hours 24/7

I am so tired haha I hardly have been online,
I'm 21 and this surely has prepared me for having a baby lol
I feel like a single dad lol

He is doing very good so far.
I contacted the breeder and she will only pay for the giardia test and medicines.. I don't know why but I am so angry, I don't even want her money, I haven't bother to reply back to her, maybe this is stupid of me but I don't even want to hear a word from her.... I do not own any other pets and she was acting like Jude got giardia from my house.

So glad to hear Jude is doing well!
How long do you have to feed him every two hours? That can be very exhaustive!
Do you have a friend that could do a night shift for you while you catch some winks?
Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers.... and kudos to you for being an excellent Yorkie Daddie!

Check into any Puppy Lemon Laws in your state... they will define what you are entitled to as far as compensation goes for purchasing a sick puppy...

I don't want to be mean here....but be an adult and exercise your rights!

Find out what you are entitled to as far as Jude's bills. If he was overnight in the hospital I'm sure it is a lot. You are just spiting yourself to say you don't want the breeder's $. Hey, I'm sure she's happy to keep it! Are you so wealthy you can just let your anger get in the way?

Also, The breeder needs to learn that she has responsibilities to sell healthy pets. If you let her walk away from this you aren't helping anybody. So, get on google and look up puppy lemon laws for your state. If you find out she DOES owe you then you need to contact her in WRITINTG. A certified letter with delivery confirmation would be best.

No friends that can help out at night. One is helping me when I am at work though.
