Summerdale Rescues Ready for Adoption! - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I wasn't sure where to list these as I do not personally have them for sale or adoption so I thought I'd just put a general announcement here and people could go to the shelter website or FB site and see the pups for themselves.

People probably remember last month's tragic news about a Rescue Shelter that was temporarily abandoned by the owners. Poor dogs and other animals went over 2 weeks without food and water. Many did not make it. The Baldwin County Humane Society has been nursing those who did survive back to health enough to adopt out and several are ready now. They do have yorkies! There are also other breeds, chihuahuas, labs, and others.

Good luck to anyone wanting to adopt! There are some adorable puppies and more will come available. I am willing to help if they do not get enough people to adopt them, but I already have 3 dogs and tha tis probably enough. Still, before I let a little one sit too long at the shelter, I'll bring another one home.

Those poor dogs... If I were closer, I would foster. I hope they all get adopted soon
